I'm 50 years old living and working in Berlin.I work as an architect, dealing with refurbishments of older buildings. We rent out 2 apartments, this one you can see here and another bigger one (split level- accomodates up to 5 people). We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. We deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Both properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
we cannot be the cheapest, we only can be better than others :-)
