We are regular foreign travellers and fell in love with Providenciales on our first visit, we use this property as our second home and plan to retire here...
We feel we understand what people would like in a holiday rental and have tried to ensure satisfaction with top quality furniture.
The unit is in a small complex of 24 homes used by people who work on the island, this means it is a quiet area and not suitable for people who wish to be up till 3am partying. It also means the complex is pretty much deserted during the day apart from the ground staff who tend the spectacular gardens.
Set just behind the 'Sands' resort it is a short walk to the famous Grace Bay beach with its crystal clear waters and powder sand. The house is fully equipped for self catering, although you will be spoilt for choice on places to eat..
We can also arrange the use of a vehicle for use during your visit at a vastly reduced hire rate and airport transfers.
