Welcoming guests to Fletcher Tavern B&B is a new venture for me in this wonderful home that has a history (from before the Revolutionary War) of warmly greeting travelers. The Tavern is beautifully situated for visitors who lead active lives, with water sports a five minute drive away (Forge Pond), with conservation land for walking, and there're golf courses, along with skiing (Nashoba Ski Area), etc. For a more restful stay, to simply enjoy 'being', the Tavern bedrooms and sitting room are both elegant and beautifully decorated with HDTV, Blue-Ray, Bose speakers, games and books. The Eastlake Suite in the Tavern has its own sitting room, a private bathroom, and queen sized bed in a beautiful bedroom that overlooks the back gardens ($150/night). A short walk across the Common will take you to the outstanding Fletcher Library. And a few steps from the Tavern, just across Boston Road, is the Westford Museum (open Sunday afternoons).
