Chris P. is a retired lawyer and his wife, Meg, is a retired school counselor, living in Austin, Texas. Il Sogno is their second/retirement home and their loving restoration of the 12th - 14th century "hovel" it was when they first saw it in 2004 reflects their love and appreciation of all things Italian and the undiscovered, off the beaten path that is Casperia and the Sabina area. They live there each spring and fall, and rent occasionally to help defray their costs. Since il Sogno is their second home, its setting, decor and amenities reflect their personal tastes and their desire to have their guests share in their love for the area and the creature comforts they have created for themselves.
