Fine artist husband and designer wife are the hosts of this unique property for short-term or long-term rental. Owners live in Rockland County, but "Charming Cottage" is their seasonal property in the Catskills (Roscoe, NY). When guests are visiting, one or both of the owners will be on the premises, staying in the old-country-store-turned-loft….just in case there's a need for a particular cooking tool, directions to the waterfall, etc. --- all in the effort to maximize accommodations for their guests.
