I would say I'm a very nice person, honest, pretty smart and mature (at least these are all examples I received from my friends!!). I am currently living the the U.S. but dream of someday be retiring in the beautiful city of Davao. The condo sits on the top of a 5-storey building which is on top of a hill. The surrounding has a rural outlook but within the heart of the city and close to everything you need. There is ample privacy, secure, access to a gorgeous pool, children's playground and fitness center. Everything you can ask.
