About the owner: We live in Toronto, Canada which tends to have very long and cold winters. So we needed to get away from this harsh climate and spend part of our cold winters in a warm city. Living in North America, also means missing European experience. What Buenos Aires offers us is a sophisticated and cultured city with fantastic architecture where you can have a European experience without spending Euros!

We choose to buy this apartment in Buenos Aires, because of its size, brightness, access to outside thru its balconies, its peace & quite for being at the back of the building and above of because of its superior location, in the best part of the best neighbourhood, Recoleta. This apartment is warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated with original art adorning the walls throughout.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love walking around the neighbourhood and enjoying the magnificent architecture surrounding us. We also enjoy frequenting the many cafes and restaurants around the apartment. They are among the best in the city, such as Cafe Liber and the Mancini Italian restaurant across the street. Above all, the best part is walking to the Four Seasons to enjoy lunch at their poolside garden or just sitting by the pool and enjoying a poolside drink. The La Mistral restaurant at the Four Seasons serves some of the best foods in the city.
