I will be there when you arrive, I will make certain you are setlled in and comfortable and I will come to see you off. In the meantime, I will come only if called (I'm half an hour away from a phone call) or needed for anything that can make your stay more pleasurable.
I'll give you as much information as you need and even take you on a private guided tour if you want it.
