We bought our condo 12 years ago and our goal is to make sure our guests have an amazing vacation and have all of the comforts of home. We meet so many wonderful people from around the world and we are so happy when people happen upon Carpinteria because it is such a quaint, special town with a beautiful beach and it is so relaxing. Once you get there you don't have to drive. It is such a safe town and you can give your kids freedom to go to town or the beach. The view of the ocean, mountains and nature park from the built in bar on the patio is so awesome you may never leave the condo! We love to barbecue on the patio and hang out with family and friends and we know our guests enjoy it as much as we do. We have many families who vacation at our condo every summer and it has become a family tradition. We started camping in Carp every summer when our kids were small and we always look forward to spending quality family time there.
