Coastal Getaways, LLC is a rental management company designed specifically for the independent property owner. Coastal Getaways was founded in 2006, after Sealoft Villa owners Nancy and Randy Buck discovered in talking with their Seabrook neighbors that there was a need for the private owner to offer their homes for rent while maintaining a personal touch with their guests. In the years since, the business has grown doubling each year.

Coastal Getaways of South Carolina’s mission is to represent each property owner within the parameters they set and arrange for the best property fit for our rental guest. We know our owners and we get to know our guests. These personal relationships will hopefully allow our owners peace of mind that their homes are enjoyed by their rental guests and that our guests are able to relax and have the best time possible during their visit to Seabrook and Kiawah Islands.
