Ferienwohnung Weissensee
Ihr Ferienappartment befindet sich im ersten Stock einer ruhigen Ferienwohnanlage, nur zehn Gehminuten vom Weissensee mit kostenloser Strandbad-Benutzung entfernt, im Ortsteil Schwarzenbach.
Im Appartment erwartet Sie ein großzügiges Wohn-/ Esszimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, Kabel-TV und WLAN (Internet). Im hinteren Teil befindet sich der abgetrennte Schlafbereich mit zwei Einzelbetten (eins 1,10 x 2 m, das andere 0,8 x 2 m). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr für drei Personen uvm. Abgerundet wird die Wohnung mit einem Bad mit WC, begehbare Regendusche mit Handbrause. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Sauna-/ Badehandtuch und Geschirrtuch werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung wird über Zentralheizung mit Heizkörpern in allen Räumen beheizt.
Auf dem Balkon mit Markise können Sie die Sonne genießen.
Sie erreichen die Wohnung bequem mit dem Aufzug, der Sie auch direkt ins Untergeschoss zum Hallenbad, dem Saunabereich mit Ruheraum. Frischluftbereich und Tauchbecken, dem Fitnessraum mit diversen Sportgeräten und dem Tischtennisraum, bringt. Eine weitere Sauna zur privaten Nutzung (Buchung über den Hausmeister) ist auch verfügbar (z.Z. geschlossen). Im Haus steht Ihnen auch eine Dachterrasse/ Wintergarten mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den Weissensee sowie in der Grünanlage ein Tennisplatz, Minigolfplatz, Grillplatz und ein Spielplatz kostenlos zu Verfügung. Ihren PKW können Sie direkt vor der Anlage auf einem reservierten Stellplatz parken (Tiefgarage auf Anfrage, kostenpflichtig)
Zusätzlich fällt eine Kurtaxe pro Person und Tag von 2,2 Eur an. Kinder bis 14 Jahre sind davon befreit.(Zusätzlich zum Mietpreis auf unser Konto zu entrichten) In der Kurtaxe inclusive ist die FüssenCard:
Die FüssenCard ist eine echte Vorteilskarte: Sie können damit viele Angebote in der ganzen Region kostenfrei oder verbilligt nutzen: Gästeprogramme, Bergbahnen, Museen, Bäder und vieles mehr.
Sie können mit der FüssenCard aber auch auf verschiedenen Parkplätzen im Ortsgebiet Füssen kostenfrei parken und die regionalen ÖPNV-Busse sowie die Bahnstrecken nutzen.
Der Weissensee mit seinem Dorfladen, Strandbad und diverse Wassersportmöglichkeiten sind ca. 800 Meter entfernt.
Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 100 m entfernt.
Der Ortsteil „Füssen-Weissensee' ist ein sehr beliebter Ferien- und Luftkurort mit vielen Möglichkeiten unmittelbar vor den ersten Ausläufern der Allgäuer Alpen (Höhe ca. 850 m ü. NN) Sie erreichen den Ort bequem über die Ausfahrt Füssen direkt von der A7 kommend über die Bundesstraße 310. Die Einkaufsstadt Füssen besitzt eine eigene Bahnstation im Ortskern, Züge fahren im Stundentakt nach München, Augsburg oder Buchloe. Vom Ortsteil Weissensee aus erreichen Sie das Stadtzentrum von Füssen ebenfalls sehr bequem mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr, eine Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Füssen ist ein idealer Startpunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen in die Berge oder zu den Skigebieten in der Nachbarschaft. Zahlreiche sehr beliebte und hervorragend gepflegte Skizentren mit Beschneiungsanlagen und Flutlicht-Skifahren befinden sich nur wenige Fahrkilometer entfernt. In der nahen Umgebung befinden sich Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Schloss Neuschwanstein oder Schloss Hohenschwangau. Das Tannheimer Tal - man bezeichnet es als das schönste Hochtal Europas - erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. einer halben Stunde. Zahlreiche Seen in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft laden zu allerlei Freizeitaktivitäten ein. Zwei große und anspruchsvolle Klettergärten befinden sich in Pfronten und am Grüntensee. Einen neuen Trainings-Klettersteig finden Sie nur wenige Kilometer entfernt am Tegelberg bei Schwangau, ebenso die König-Ludwig-Alpentherme.
In wenigen Minuten sind Sie auf der Autobahn A7 in Richtung Kempten / Ulm, bzw. Reutte / Innsbruck oder Italien über die Fernpass-Route.
