Ideal for romantic getaways and family holidays. South Point Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom villa on a soft golden sandy beach with spectacular views of the ocean. The beach is 15 metres from the deck.

3 air conditioned bedrooms sleep 6 adults + 2 children sharing rooms with parents. Extra beds, cots and high chairs beach toys can be provided. All rooms have satellite TV and a safe.

2 bedrooms have a spectacular view of the ocean and the 3rd bedroom overlooks a beautiful fish pond and pool.

The en suite bathrooms are large with his and her wash basins, rainfall showers and fresh linen. The powder room is conveniently tucked away.

Private pool for exclusive use. Beach beds and towels provided.

Dine or sit on the verandah with breathtaking views of the ocean. All sitting areas have ceiling fans.

Meals, fresh seafood in particular, can be enjoyed in the garden, beach or villa. Vegetarian and Halal meals served on request. An a la carte menu comprising over 60 dishes available as a guide while the chef will be happy to prepare any meal of your choice.

Fully staffed including a chef and manager. The staff is friendly, courteous and discreet. Privacy assured. Services available around the clock. We provide a maid service for the Middle Eastern ladies on request

The sea is excellent for swimming and snorkelling within the reef. Surfing spots close by.

We have two vehicles 24/7 for our guests to hire. Plenty of taxis (tuk tuks) available in the area. Public transport is regular. The coastal railway service passes through the city of Galle, 20 minutes away from the villa.

Interaction with guest

Once the booking is confirmed, a detailed newsletter will be sent to the guests outlining all relevant information. Guests too can respond with their special requirements including any special occasion they would want to celebrate. On arrival at the villa, the manager and staff will welcome our guests. 100% exclusivity guaranteed. The owner is contactable over the phone 24/7. The manager is on call if guests wish to arrange meals, tours, or require other services. The staff will be on duty 24/7 if required. Privacy assured. Muslim guests can request 'female only staff' to be on duty in the villa. Guests could bring their stock of liquor. A local supplier could be introduced on request.

Response from the owner We thank our guests for their review. South Point Villa has been built in the centre of the property. We are sorry if the noise had reached our guests in the pond room. By Aug 2013 the new highway being constructed 8 to 10 miles inland will be completed and extending to Matara, which is beyond our properties. The traffic will no longer be diverted onto the coastal road past south point villa.
