Two bathrooms also offer a bath, and two bedrooms also offer an open air rock fall granite shower. Downstairs guest bathroom, Large indoor living area with lounge seating and indoor dining. Air-conditioned office with printer/scanner. Fast 4G Wifi covering the villa and garden. Air-conditioned gym with cross trainer, multi-gym, running machine and free weights. Bar with a sea view, Pool table. Fully equipped traditional Sri Lankan kitchen with an Island for extra seating. Washing machine and drying area. Outdoor dining area overlooking the infinity pool and sea. Large brick BBQ., Long infinity pool with sun shelf. Sunbeds with beach towels and umbrellas. Beach Sunset pavilion. Sonos music system.English TV, films and MTV in all bedrooms and Gym. Award winning gardens. Koi carp pond. House manager who can provide simple casual dining, or collect provisions. Getting around

There is a tuk tuk park situated at the top of the road 1 min walk. Or the same guy we use for airport transfers does tours and is available just to take you out for dinner. He will wait and transfer you back to the villa also

Interaction with guest

I am available for questions throughout your stay. But Indera our house manager looks after our guests very well. He can arrange anything from Birthday celebrations right through to Ayurweda massage.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
