BEACHFRONT SUITE - Beautiful Sunset Views - Centrally Located - Full Kitchen

Come enjoy everything Galveston has to offer in this centrally located suite with a breathtaking sunset view of the Gulf!

Conveniently located at the corner of the Galveston Seawall and 61st Street. Walk across the street and relax at the beach, or fish off the 61st St Fishing Pier. For those looking for a more upbeat atmosphere, this condo is just minutes from the amusement parks, downtown shopping districts, Moody Gardens, and a championship golf.

WIFI and basic cable included. It's also fully stocked with towels, paper items, dishes, soaps, etc.

Suite sleeps up to 6 people. NO MORE THAN 4 of those can be adults per Fire Marshall. Bunk beds are "skinny" bunks designed for younger children and grown ups might find them uncomfortable!

I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA OR HIDDEN FEES LIKE MANY OTHER LISTINGS but the condo complex will charge $40 parking pass upon arrival. This is good for 2 vehicles for the duration of your stay.

Response from the owner I don't like to respond to reviews, but will make an exception in this case. 1) The AC fan must be left on "AUTO". If it is switched to "ON", then yes, the fan will indeed run nonstop. I checked on the AC after your stay, and to no surprise, it does function properly. 2) Your keys worked for 3 days before deciding not to work, then an hour later as you say "the key finally worked". While it is entirely possible that a key work intermittently, it is more likely you were trying to get into the wrong room, or were on the wrong floor. Totally normal, I've done it myself. Again, after your stay I tested all 4 of the keys I provide and they all opened the door without issue. 3) I did not hang up on the front desk clerk. I told him you were having trouble using your key. I DID tell him I suspected it was user error, but asked him to send a maintenance man up with you just to make sure it was not actually a key problem. I told him I could not hold on the line but to call me back if there was a problem. He did not call me back. What he said to you after I hung up, I do not know. Look, I do not like guests to be unhappy for any reason. You have my contact number. Please call me if you would like to discuss this further. Thanks, Bob
