Description
This luxurious condo is part of "The Dawn by the Beach" Condominium complex. Wake up each morning to the view of the ocean waves splashing on the shore from your bedroom window. Grab a cup of coffee in your granite/stainless steel full size kitchen. Enjoy your coffee from your personal oceanfront balcony to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico first hand. Two swimming pools and a spa are available in the complex. Or just head out the gate to the beach. Nearby is the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, or the Historic Pleasure Pier. This condo has luxury from start to finish including large tile flooring throughout living space, carpeted bedroom, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, lounge has queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa, private bedroom with queen bed and large walk in closet, oceanfront location, private oceanfront patio, and 825 square feet of space.

Response from the owner Thank you for the review. Just to let you know that the HOA recently was taken over by new management.and they are working on repairs. They brought in engineers to asses the property. They have started painting and they have resurfaced the swimming pool. The gardens are beautiful and well kept and before summer the painting should be completed. The Dawn is really one of the most beautiful spots along the Seawall. I hope you will consider us again for future visits

“Great location, close to beach”
A great condo with pool and gym and all the amenities you would need, close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
