Description

3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house on the Gulf in Galveston, Texas. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 full beds and a twin, and the loft has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bath with a shower and the loft has its own bath with a shower/tub. Access to the loft is via a small spiral staircase which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. There is also an outside shower for cleaning up after the beach. There are 3 TV's and 3 DVD players (1 is Blu-ray). Wired and wireless internet are provided. Full kitchen with all items needed for cooking and eating meals. There is a dining table and 4 chairs in the house and a table and 6 chairs on the deck. Additionally a folding table and 4 chairs can be set up inside or out for additional diners. Two nice decks for enjoying the sea breezes and views. A garage has beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floats, boogie boards, etc. for you to use. There are 2 grills, one gas and one charcoal. Near Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, The Strand Historical district, and many bars and restaurants.

NOTE: Large parties are NOT allowed in Sunny Beach Subdivision.
