Description
This charming beach side cottage sits on a large lot just 1/2 a block from the beach. Our street actually dead ends at the beach. So it feels very private and great for kids because there is no traffic and no streets to cross to get to the water. The house has large balconies on two sides which provides lots of outdoor space for sun bathing, star gazing, and ocean views.There is always plenty of shade and a cool breeze on the first level perfect for outdoor barbecues, parties or just relaxing. There is also a downstairs shower with hot and cold water. The adjacent lot is perfect for games and fun in the sun. Upstairs you'll find a spacious country kitchen with plenty room, lots of seating and a view of the water. High ceilings make the rooms feel even larger. Of course the kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for a great family gathering. The living room is a spacious area with cathedral ceilings, wood plank walls and of course the view. Besides the sofa in the living area there are 3 twin beds. Two bedrooms; one is bright with a queen bed and opens on to the the balcony with a view. The back bedroom has a queen bed and is perfect for a quiet cozy retreat. We do not provide linens so you will need to bring sheets and towels. Children and pets are welcomed. And we do allow smoking downstairs and outside on the balconies. You'll love it. It feels like a beach house.

“Love this little place”

“Very close to beach, great view and location”
