Description
The Pelican Cove is a house 2 blocks from the beach / Seawall in Galveston, TX. A cozy home perfect for families with children and/or pets, girls getaways, fishing trips, trips for Mardi Gras, Lone Star Rally, and more! Less than a mile away from Pleasure Pier (think Santa Monica pier, Coney Island), nearby restaurants, stores, etc.
The house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a kitchen and living area, everything is in tile. Fits six people comfortably, completely kid friendly and pet friendly (small animals allowed, must be house trained, no fleas or ticks, medium/large sized animals are allowed but will have a fee).
The living area is long, it extends from right when you enter the house to the kitchen (see picture). There is a couch directly in front of the 50" Smart HDTV which has HD quality channels available for viewing. Nothing you want to watch on TV? No problem! We have a DVD player with a DVD library with lots of DVDs for you to choose from! You will have access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services at your fingertips, or login with your own account. Both our TVs are smart.
Room description:
The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a sofa, also has a dresser with a mirror, closet to hang clothes, etc.
The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds on both sides of the room, in the middle there is a huge rug and a nightstand, also included with a closet and a dresser with a mirror. An extra mattress is available and can be laid down on the rug.
The master bedroom has one king-sized bed with a dresser, also with a mirror, and another dresser that has linen available. Has closet, and it's own bathroom. It also has it's on private 42" 4K TV.
Both bathrooms include the usual, toilet, shower, sink with mirror. Towels will be included. Note: No beach towels will be provided. Please do NOT take towels to the beach.
The kitchen will be fully equipped for your stay, it includes a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine w/ coffee available, blender, toaster, and cooking utensils will be provided.
The backyard:
The Pelican Cove has a deck including BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, it's private, fenced off and covered.
Pets:
We are animal people too, so you may keep your pet but we've had experience with tenants bringing large animals that caused problems, so small animals will be allowed. The pet(s) must be house trained, medium/large pets will be considered but will be charged a fee! Please let us know how many pets will be staying, 1-2 are okay but anymore than that we will have to consider.
