The home was spectacular. Plenty of Space for a lovely week at the beach. 2 huge decks with rocking chairs to watch the waves roll in on your own little private (felt like) beach. We put our folding card table on the deck and enjoyed a romantic breakfast. The elevator was handy, although my elderly aunt decided not to go it prevented back breaking lifting luggage upstairs. Stairs were steep climb. I loved the modern space. Second floor seating area was everyone's favorite with wine fridge. This was the coldest spring brake (20 yrs) the heated pool was great, better if the realitors asked the pool guy not to fill it for hours with cold water.. The realitors offered discount next year wasn' t much help paying for heat this year.. Not the owners fault. Then rental agents maintanence man showed up unexpected, ( no notice) envaded our privacy stated he had to look at a filter, and locks upstairs? That episode could loose the owners return renters.
I'd rec. the pools only 2 lounge chairs, be replaced both cracked, old, worn! If you weighed more than 100 pounds they could be hazardous! The pool was nice and private with fenced area. Usually dozens of homes we've rented from CA. To the Virgin Islands, all have a stack of few folding beach chairs to use. There was not one! I understand it was opening week of the season and maybe past renters may have taken them, or had broke Em? That is all the house needs. In spite This house I'd rate 5 star. Thank you for sharing your gem of a home. :-)
