We were looking for a weekend getaway cabin for 2 couples. Nothing fancy; just a comfortable, clean place with a nice view and at a reaonsable price.
Sunny Lane met and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend by the fire, in the hot tub, and on the deck.
It was also very quiet, but within short distance of downtown Gburg and the trailheads for hiking.

Wow! Sunny Lane is amazing. The cabin is very nice and clean, the hot tub was great, and the best of all is the deck & the views. Because of the reminents of Tropical Storm Lee's rain and fog we did not get to enjoy the deck but 1 afternoon, but it was still worth it all. We will definantely be back. We love Sunny Lane!

I recommend this to anyone to wants to feel like they're in heaven. This was a very comfortable place to be with a picture perfect view. Such a secluded place if you want to get away from all the craziness in this life. I want to go back already. This was a Mother's Day gift from my son
and it was the best gift he could of given me. We had the
time of our lives. Thanks to my wonderful son! Love Mom.

We had an amazing time at Sunny Lane. The cabin was clean, spacious and had wonderful amenities. We especially enjoyed the view of the Smokey Mountains and the hot tub. The washer/dryer came in handy and the pool table kept us entertained. For the price you can't beat Sunny Lane!

We had never been to Gatlinburg before and called the Cabins for You representative and she helped us find this particular cabin. The pictures were enticing but the actual cabin itself was amazing. The view from the back deck was breathtaking yet inside had all the amenities of home. The main strip in Gatlinburg was a bit overwhelming but the arts and crafts section was wonderful. The people were super friendly and have talents beyond belief! We can't wait to come back for another adventure in the woods. Oh and we had a bear visit us right at the front door - scary and awesome at the same time! It doesn't get any better than this place.

My husband and I thought the view was terrific. The cabin was located in the best spot because we could be in Gatlinburg in 5 minutes or Pigeon Forge in 10 minutes. We enjoyed the pool table as a pass time in the evenings. We have family in the area and met up at the cabin after breakfast and my sister and her husband really liked the cabin as well and asked for the information to rent.

My wife and I and celebrated our anniversary by taking our dog on her first ever vacation. We stayed at Sunny Lane and it was amazing. The property makes you feel like you're on your own in the Smokies, while being very close to anything you might need. Sitting by the fire, sitting in the hot tub, playing pool, grilling out...it was awesome. We are already planning a return trip.

Absolutely amazing, panoramic view! No cabin fever here. The cabin was very private and peaceful but still very convenient to restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. We've stayed at several cabins in the Smokies - this is our favorite. We were blessed with incredible weather for mid November but would have still been able to enjoy the view from the living room had the weather been more seasonable. It might be a little challenging to get to the cabin in snow or ice.

Great cabin stayed there many times before cabins for you took over, a little more costly, could have been a little cleaner in the bath rooms(tubs) We love this cabin its close to town but yet secluded, with one of the best views in gatlinburg, Will definatley be back.
