The manor is set in 100 peaceful acres at the end of a long avenue, but only 1.5 km from Monpazier, considered to be the best preserved bastide village.

Light and spacious double aspect reception rooms lead onto terraces and a delightful garden with wonderful views. Internally the rooms have been tastefully decorated with exposed stone walls and flagstone floors downstairs, wooden floors and high ceilings upstairs and feature fireplaces. Just 35 min from Bergerac airport it is 1.5 km from Monpazier the famous bastide village with its restaurants, shops and bank. Monpazier can be seen from the rear terrace and Chateau Biron can be seen from the top field. Sarlat, with its history and St. Emilion, with its wines are equidistant with the Dordogne river and valley being not far away. Villereal, Belves and Beaumont are close with Cahors being not too far away.
