Description

Lawson's Cottage is a luxurious, self contained cottage, located in the heart of Geelong with a 4 1/2 star rating by AAA tourism. With every stay, we provide you with full breakfast provisions including bacon, eggs, yoghurt, seasonal fruit, cereal and much more.

With easy access to Eastern Beach and only minutes from the CBD, South Geelong train station, the Barwon River, Landy Field and Simmonds Stadium, home to the Geelong Cats AFL team, Lawson's Cottage is the perfect location to stay while visiting Geelong.

Our self contained home has 2 well appointed bedrooms with 100% Egyption cotton sheets, electric blankets (for those cold winter nights) with the Master room having its own television.

The Master room has a Queen size bed with a Double and Single bed in the Second bedroom. We can provide on request a port-a-cot if required. (Bedding is supplied for the extra beds)

Renovated in 1920's style with all the benefits of modern day living.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven. Quality utensils and crockery are included - perfect for home entertaining. Alongside the kitchen is our European laundry with Miele washer and dryer.

Step back in time with our deep clawfoot bath, great for relaxing. Our dual shower has two separate heads, ideal for sharing. BUT the best thing about our bathroom is the under floor heating, no cold feet in winter.

Relax in the evening with a glass of port and chocolates (provided for you) in front of our Gas Fire place. On the wall we have a 37 inch Digital TV - enjoy a movie from our extensive DVD collection.

TV not for you... please make use of our swap library. Bring a book from home and swap with one from our collection. Finish what you started while on holidays with us at Lawson's Cottage.

Lawson's Cottage has a charming outdoor deck and entertainment area that is beautifully landscaped. Enjoy an afternoon wine, while your steak is grilling on the BBQ in complete privacy.

First class renovated 1920's cottage. All mod cons added. Relaxed atmosphere. Hosted by owners with grace, friendliness and generosity. Much enjoyed by all and shall return.

How do damage deposits work?
