Description
The house is located in the city of Genoa directly overlooking a small marina, a few minutes from the historic center of Genoa (15 / 20min by bus), surrounded by natural beauty, beaches, walks, dining, shopping.
The house is on the second floor (no elevator) of an old building in front of the sea, it has an area of 120 sq m, luxuriously renovated and decorated by architect.
It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one very large master, a huge living room, a large kitchen with all the amenities.

The house is non-smoking, but just in front of the house there is a small beach .......

is strongly advised to use public transport, you can easily visit the old town and the aquarium in a few minutes, and visit the beautiful Ligurian Riviera by train, which is a few hundred meters from home.
A person will be 'on hand to assist you, and give all the information to make your stay enjoyable; advice and guidance on a variety of trips and tours, The Fisherman's House is a privileged base for visiting the historic city center, it is about 15-20 minutes and can be reached by bus, bus stop 100m from the house or by train in 5 minutes, the station is 900 meters from home.
the proximity of the station allow to explore the spectacular Ligurian Riviera, with Camogli 15 minutes, S. Margherita and 20 minutes, the famous 5 Terre that are within 60 minutes. The House of the Fisherman is located in a part of the city 'of Genoa which combines proximity to the historic center and the spectacular beauty of the place that make it a tourist area very quiet and safe. A few steps from the house you will find beaches, the famous promenade of Nervi (about 2 km on the cliff) which begins right in front of the house,
Park of Nervi, a huge park of 92,000 sq m with exotic plants and trees, facing the sea. Many shops for shopping, with an elegant way, supermarkets bars and restaurants just a few hundred meters.

It starts right in front of the house, 2 km long. along the cliff from Nervi to Capolungo, a wonderful walk on the sea, where there are restaurants, bars and lovely beaches, and points of access to the sea for swimming.

the Nervi parks are located behind the walk, have an area of 92,000 square meters. with numerous botanical species and large meadows,
Even within the parks is 4 historic villas, such as Villa Grimaldi Fassio-
with paintings and sculptures.
-around the house:
beaches and beach resorts are located on the waterfront, like Medusa,
where you can have dinner or eat a pizza, right on the sea.
Public beaches are just a few hundred meters.
Via Obberdan, characteristic shopping street, 50 meters from the house.
Right in front of the house the tourist boat which stops in major tourist areas of the Riviera such as Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, 5 Terre,

Small walk to visit Bogliasco, small quaint seaside village. In about 25 minutes of walking, you proceed along the promenade, at the end 10 minutes on the main road until you find Bogliasco.
