“Roomy and Casual” We enjoyed our summer vacation at Kitchens. The house was comfortable and casual with plenty of rooms for relatives/friends. The house was kid friendly too, with a basement game room with ping pong table. Our favorite part was the screened porch where we all gathered in the afternoon. The joggling board was a hit with the kids! Old fashioned fun!

“This is a first class rental.” We stayed at Sunny Dunes for one week for a girlfriend's get away. There were 10 women and everyone of us loved this home and location. Just a short walk to the beach and pool area. The golf cart path is ride off this property so very convenient to get to the beach. Inside the home is decorated lovely and we loved the screened in porches for early a.m coffee and late night conversations. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was such a treat. Comfortable furniture and large tables to seat our group. We would definitely rent this home again. The DeBordieu Colony is a pretty community and the staff is very friendly. The beach area is clean.

“Pioneer Place Villas have the best setting at DeBordieu.” DeBordieu is the most fabulous beach from Florida through Maryland. The lay-out of Pioneer Place Villas is breath-taking-- the manicured lawn, the blooming shrubbery, the palm trees, the pool and the beach. Beautiful. Our condo was just perfect and my family hopes to rent the same condo for a very long time

“Great vacation this year!” Lovely home on a quiet street not far from the Beach Club. It is well-furnished with nice kitchen and living room plus nice furnishings. Elevator was a nice amenity to help get the luggage and groceries up to the kitchen. The kitchen had a nice eating area and the appliances could use updating but were very adequate. There is a nice walk in pantry which offered good storage. We love renting from Debordieu Rental because they are so friendly and most accommodating! Their standards are high and they keep the properties well maintained. They arranged the golf cart for us and that was probably the best part of the vacation as far as the children are concerned! Great experience! This is our 3rd year renting there and We hope to return again next year.

“Fun times with friends on the dock by the marsh.” Everyone was very impressed with the house and it was more than accommodating. We enjoyed a great afternoon before the wedding on the back dock watching the pelicans fish and the water rise.

“A great place to stay!” This is a fabulous home--very conveniently located on the beach. It has great porches and decks, large dining room table, great kitchen. I cannot say enough about this home. This is the second year we have rented. We switched to another house after the first year totally due to expense but switched back. This house is expensive but has all the extras.

“This is the perfect venue for a multigenerational extended famil” In all our 30-something years of vacationing together as extended famy at the beach, this house was the best by far. The pool and outdoor grill made the vacation for our 2 families with young babies that had to stay close for nap times and early bedtimes. The beach was easily accessible and views good even though not beachfront. One bedroom had twin beds that proved to be a problem for us because we required it to be a couple's bedroom, and the last to arrive got stuck with it, but another famy might find it perfect. All in all a wonderful weeklong beach experience made even better by the rental staff that are so accommodating and eager to help.

“What a great kitchen” What a great demonstration kitchen. One of our favorite memories is watching our family and friends cook. It was great to be able to sit at one of the bar chairs and watch whatever was being prepared in the kitchen. Loved that we could go to the beach with our 6 year old and it was such a quick walk. Even better when we got back and could jump in the shower in the bathhouse to rinse off. Loved every minute of it and can not wait to do it agian!!!

“Great long weekend” We had a great time. They never last long enough at DeBordieu. Wish I had known the member-member was that weekend, I would have come down the next weekend.Not the end of the world, we'll just have to come back soon. Service was great and everyone very accommodating.
