Description

A large one bedroom converted Coach House , with loft style bedroom, large lounge dining area, bathroom, kitchen and entrance hall. It has an enclosed private south facing garden with BBQ area and Patio. Separate off street parking for 2 cars.

It is set within the grounds of an Edwardian family home.

The house has a large fitted kitchen with built in appliances , a fridge/freezer, oven and hob and dishwasher. It also has a washer/dryer for your use. There is an Iron and Ironing board. On arrival you will receive a lovely goodie basket which includes tea and coffee and there will be milk in the fridge.

The lounge has a large Flat Screen TV and DVD Player and we provide a wide selection of DVD's. There is a selection of board games for young and old. There is a selection of books to borrow.

The French Windows from the lounge open on to a small enclosed and private garden with outside dining table and comfy chairs.

We also have a folding single bed for extra guests and a HAUCK Travel cot for children from Newborn to 3 years. We have a high chair and a safety gate.

“Perfect place for a break”

Stayed at the Coach house whilst attending my daughter's wedding in Leeds. Very close to 2 motorways and easy access to Leeds, either by car or bus. Property is modern and light and well cared for. A lovely place to spend a few days or even longer. Was impressed with all the mod cons, especially the dishwasher. Very useful to have the co-op just along the road for necessities and had a lovely haddock and chips from the local fish and chip shop. Jo was very helpful and left a hamper on the worktop with goodies for us to enjoy. We wanted another bed made up downstairs as although there were only two of us my husband is elderly and I was worried about him negotiating the stairs if he got up in the night. Jo happily did this for us. Would be more than happy to recommend to anyone and would certainly consider visiting again.

He then tried to get a full refund to which he was not entitled to , when this failed he then fabricated all these statements. If Joanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
