Set in a beautiful, natural environment, our villa and apartments offer you a tranquil and unique summer vacation. The area, with its breathtaking scenery, is surrounded by hills and fruit trees with the sea only a few minutes away. Our luxury villas are spacious and tastefully decorated providing all your needs.
Area also know as Turquoise coast and Lycia. Our Turkish villa have a private pool. Akyaka town is only 5 minutes away by car.
Ideal for group Kite surfer.
Larger first floor balcony :beautiful panoramic views over the countryside . Comfortable chairs and coffee tables on balcony.
Outside facilities :dining area beside the pool with table and chairs.
Pool :10X4 M dept. 155 mm . Beware young children. Armbands can are essential for non swimmers . The Pool and garden are maintained daily

“Wonderful villa in tranquil setting but near to beach and town.”
Villa Gultekin is a lovely villa in a peaceful rural setting overlooking wooded valleys and mountains. Its spacious, very well furnished and the kitchen has every appliance and convenience. The pool is delightful with plenty of terrace space both in the sun or for shade beneath the pergola. We have just returned from a two week holiday with our three children, two teenage and an eleven year old. It was a hard call between lazing beside the pool or making the ten minute journey into nearby Akyaka. Akyaka is a small very genuine Turkish resort set on the coast and a river. It has a number of good fresh fish restaurants beside the river and in the town there are a selection of shops where you can buy all you need for the villa. At night the town is buzzy with a few bars and restaurants but not at all touristy.The beach is small and it was busy as we coincided with the end of Ramadan, but we never had a problem and enjoyed the atmosphere. We found two good beach front restaurants, particularly "The Marina Bar" where they serve drinks and food on the beach. Also try the "moules man" who wanders around the beach at lunch time serving the biggest and freshest mussels in their shell with spicy rice - excellent! Hamza, the villa owner was marvellous right from the booking to stocking the villa for us before our arrival, meeting us at the airport and arranging our hire car. Nothing was too much trouble so thanks again and we will be booking for another stay in 2014.
