Response from the owner Geachte heren, zoals al beantwoord op de portal Booking.com, Baku Abis is een oude mijnstad, de B & B van de Avenue is een historisch huis, oorspronkelijk bedoeld voor de mijnbouw executives. In het dorp is Nerone, een uitstekend restaurant-pizzeria, zeer gewaardeerd door de lokale bevolking en toeristen. De keuze om 2 dagen te verblijven en niet 4 dagen zoals geboekt op Booking.com, was uw keuze, direct na aankomst in de B & B, zonder iets te weten over de manier waarop wij werken en onze prachtige plaatsen om te bezoeken. We hebben gezegd dat slechts twee dagen restavate omdat je wilde een ritje met de groene trein in het noorden van Sardinië te nemen, bent u geholpen door onze dochter de trein reservering, co veel telefoontjes op onze kosten. Ons is een Italiaans ontbijt, overvloedig, met typische en niet typische producten. De volgende keer dat u een reservering maakt, neemt u alle relevante informatie, onze beoordelingen op Booking.com zijn ongeveer 150, met een zeer hoge score (8,8 van de 10), ik geloof dat er geen twijfel bestaat over de betrouwbaarheid van de Portal Booking.com en het feit dat een grote meerderheid van onze gasten onze B & B en onze prachtige kustlijn waarderen, hebben we helaas niet de kans gehad om te waarderen. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Claudia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
