Set in the heart of the village of Desertines, this 200 year old house provides an ideal base from which to visit the many local attractions such as Mont Saint-Michel, the medieval town of Domfront and the Normandy beaches. Two local bars, a bakery and mini mart are within walking distance. Well equipped and ideal for families; DVD's and videos provided as well as a selection of toys and games. Outdoor activity centre nearby with canoeing, archery, crazy golf and outdoor swimming pool. Aquarium, zoo and castle within short drive as well as unspoilt beaches for sun worshipers and sandcastle builders!

Ideal retreat for those seeking a relaxing break - alfresco dining in the private terraced garden with both suntrap and shaded areas. For garden lovers the nearby Jardin de Renauds is a must as well as the award winning flower filled village of St Frambault. History fans can visit the fascinating medieval town of Domfront and look down on the area from the castle ramparts. The racetrack and museum at Le Mans makes a fabulous day out for petrol-heads.
