We stayed 9 days in August. Noelle for booking and Sislyn as property manager took great care of us getting settled in. The unit was clean and everything was operational. The location was what sold us...just swim out to the reef for some amazing snorkeling. Seas Lodges was quiet even though others were staying there. Very relaxing sitting out on the covered patio. Cannot wait to get back...
Thanks for the glowing review of this adorable cottage by the sea! It is on an amazing section of the beach for snorkeling and relaxing under the shade palapa! We would love to book you into Kozy Kai for next time with Cayman Villas!

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Kai #17 from February 25 - March 7. The sea lodge was exactly the way it was described in the pictures. We did spend a lot of time on the back porch. From previous reviews, I was skeptical about the king size bed as there were complaints about it. All I can say it came pretty close to the comfort I have at home with my own bed. One item that was missing was wine glasses but that was easily taken care of at the Kirk Home Store. We appreciated the fact that this particular unit the roof was closed in and we did not have to worry about exposure to the sun. The snorkelling at the reef was the best - why go anywhere else on the Island. Our only disappointment was the beach for walking. We usually spend hours on the beach by walking and with the vegetarian producing burrs and the white coral that was not possible unless you walked in shoes. We did drive over to Georgetown a few times to take in Seven Mile Beach there. If you go - don't miss eating at Kurt's Korner, Vivine's Kitchen in Gun Bay, in Georgetown at Myrtles, Dukes Restaurant and the Waterfront Urban Diner in Camana Bay. Take a trip to the Botanical Garden - be sure to arrive early to see the wildlife. As well, the atlantis Submarine ride was amazing for fish and coral.

Wonderful location and extremely relaxing. You need to bring your supplies with you no briquettes for the BBQ, no extra toilet paper, or laundry soap. You'll save lots of cash if you bring some of what you consider essentials, from home. There were no snorkelling supplies either. Any beach accessories you might like you should bring as well. Internet is available but the signal is sketchy.

Kozi Kai at the Sea Lodges is a beautiful and peaceful destination. Steps to the turquoise sea! Sleeping with the sound of waves on the reef and waking to breathtaking sunrises is as good as it gets. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could want. There is no better value in a beachfront cottage on the island. I highly recommended a stay here.

During Christmas week, 2013, my husband and I spent 7 nights at Kozy Kai. It was perfectly situated on the water with a beautiful beach. The house was well appointed, clean and open. The courtyard and grounds were well maintained and tranquil. We often cooked in and had everything we needed. Two minor issues were resolved quickly during this holiday week. The property manager was responsive and pleasant. The snorkeling on the beach was fanastic. This Sealodge is within walking distance of Rum Point, which offers amenities some may want - sailing, scuba trips, seadoos, kayaks, paddleboards. Also has a restaurant and bar/grill.
We would seek out lodging here again when on Grand Cayman.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Kosy Kai- it honestly is a little slice of heaven, cayman Kai is perfect for those wanting more space to themselves and peace than the busier seven mile beach area. The lodge has every thing you need, the beach outside is largely deserted- I think we saw about 4 other people on the beach whilst we were there. There is a good dive centre 3 mins drive away. If you don't mind hiring a car, it is well worth the drive away from the crowds to this hidden gem.

Great little condo/sealodge!! Perfect for our Honeymoon! We had a great time and would love to return someday. I found the place to be clean and well stocked. The bed felt wonderful to me. We loved sitting on the patio, steps away from the ocean. The beach is very secluded and we often had it all to ourselves. Bring some sort of Rivershoes or good sandals to wear in the water because the coral can be dangerous and transparent in the waves.

Overall our stay was exactly what I had hoped. My wife and I went to GC to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were looking to "get away from it all." We loved the fact that our unit was the closest possible to the beach and also really appreciated the screened-in patio where we spent much of our time away from the beach, often one of only a few people there. Rum Point is a short drive (or 10 minute walk) away. Only negatives were (a) a horribly soft bed that had me dreaming about my new mattress back home, not sure I could have taken another night on it; and (b) no charcoal in supply upon arrival, forcing us to drive 15 minutes away for a bag. We would have bought it on the way in but were told it would be provided. But all in all a positive experiende.

My fiance and I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of New York City for a week and this was the most perfect vacation we could have asked for. From the beginning the Cayman people were very nice and helpful. Our time at at Cayman Kai (#17 Kozy Kai specifically) was a scenic, tropical, romantic and relaxing vacation. We grilled fresh fish each night and ate 3 meals a day watching the ocean roll in from our back porch - which was about 10 steps from the beach. Close enough to civilization to get food and go out to some of the restaurants and surprisingly driving ended up being quite a fun experience for us. A few of the days we drove to Rum Point and lazed in the hammock all day and other days we stayed at our pretty much private beach in front of the Cayman Kai villas. This place will forever be our slice of heaven and I very highly recommend this for people looking to get away from it all at a very affordable price.

Perfect location, beautiful house well furnished, with all someone can desire.
If i have to find a negative item would be the mattress of the king bed : too soft and very unconfortable!!!
I had a perfect time there, i would definitely come back again.

This property located on the more secluded North side of the island is the perfect location for the person looking to get away from the resort crowd. It was very relaxing, with the beach just outside your door with great snorkeling. Within walking distance to sport rentals, beach bar and restaurants. I would recommend a car rental for shopping etc.
