George Town Villas is an intimate condo resort steps from renowned Seven Mile Beach—so intimate, in fact, some mistake its low-profile building for a large house or other private residence. Instead, it is a laidback complex in an ideal waterfront setting for a relaxing vacation close to the action of George Town, Grand Cayman’s capital.
George Town Villas #101 is a 2-bedroom unit located on the ground floor of the complex, which allows for convenient water access. A few steps from your door and you’re there! The vibrant coral reef just offshore presents an exceptional snorkelling opportunity, and the rocky/sandy coastline is great for collecting shells or strolling alongside the water. Or take a short walk to Seven Mile Beach, with its pristine stretch of wider beachfront for swimming and sunbathing.
A shaded porch area at George Town #101 looks out to the shimmering sea and provides a patio table with four chairs. Whip up a drink from the wet bar and settle in for an afternoon of cocktails and conversation on the water!
Inside George Town #101, find bright and airy spaces with big windows and island-inspired color schemes. A large common area comprised of the kitchen, living, and dining areas invites your group to spend time together. Two bright bedrooms feature a king-sized bed in one and a pair of twin beds in the other (if you have more than 4 guests, speak to us about how to add additional sleeping space to the unit!).
At the George Town Villas complex, perks include a seaside swimming pool, tropical landscaping including spacious green lawns, a tennis court, and more.
In close proximity, you will also find two more wonderful Cayman destinations: the upscale shops and restaurants of Camana Bay and the duty-free shops and business district of George Town. *RATES QUOTED BELOW ARE BASED ON MINIMUM OCCUPANCY AND WILL INCREASE UP TO MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY-EMAIL OR CALL FOR CUSTOM QUOTE*

We had a fantastic time in Grand Cayman! Weather was beautiful and the location of the Villa was just perfect.
We were in the bottom corner villa and the view of Georgetown and the ocean was breathtaking.
Georgetown Villas are a perfect place to stay - within walking distance of Georgetown, food market, Seven Mile beach and many other places worth seeing.
I would definitely go back - it was perfect in every aspect!
“A lovely spot for two bonus days when flights were cancelled”

When our flights were cancelled because of a storm in the New York area, I called Cayman Villas to see what they might have for just two nights. Penny assured me that we'd have a roof over our heads and then got to work having this lovely condo cleaned and put in order for us right away. We picked up the keys and got there just as the friendly and welcoming ladies were finishing up with cleaning. The condo is well equipped, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful location as an end unit just feet from the blue Caribbean Sea.
We enjoyed the pool and watching the iguanas. There was a kayak that I would've loved to have used, but just didn't have the time. We took very nice walks on the beach and chatted with some other nice guests. We had already spent two weeks on the North Side in a house, so this was a different feel of Grand Cayman for us and we really enjoyed being so close to so many shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay between Christmas and New Year's. The condo Unit 101 could have used a little updating but it did not interfer with us having fun. The view is spectacular which is all we really care about. The firework show was incredible. We saw it from all directions. We were in the perfect spot. We hope to return in the near future

Getting to the condo was very easy. At arrival, the inside was clean, airy and we had everything we needed to use during the week booked. We also had a daily maid service just to sweep and general tidying up of the property. The washer and dryer was a great help along with all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The location couldn't be any better, near a few restaurants at Seven Mile Shops and right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea, Georgetown harbour and the cruise ships. The supermarket was not too far with everything you could ask for, but had to take a taxi to carry the first lot of shopping back to the condo (too far to carry too many heavy bags) but ok for just a few items. There were beach towels provided and plenty of sun loungers available to use. The wildlife was fascinating (large iguanas and geckos) around the gardens by the pool. The condo could do with a bit of updating to a more modern and new look, but overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it. Seven mile beach was great and you can walk to Georgetown in about 20 or 30 minutes. Excellent stay!

First rate service from beginning to end. The registration process was extremely smooth and staff were more than helpful. On-site staff were pleasant and helpful; an issue with the dishwasher was quickly addressed and followed up very effectively.
The suite itself was ideally located and well appointed. I would not hesitate to recommend Georgetown Villas as a place to stay while on Grand Cayman and Cayman Villas as a managaement company better than most that I have encountered. We look forward to our next visit.

Great service from Cayman Villas, Sherry was a godsend as I had mixed up my booking dates and she booked me a room in a nearby hotel so that I wouldn't sleep by the pool at GTV! The next day, she was kind enough to come and drop me the keys to the unit and organize so that I could drop my luggage early, that's what I call great service!!! The unit is the best on the complex, closest to the ocean, quiet, well equipped. Definitely a fantastic place for a holiday.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in unit 101. You cannot get closer to the water. We joked that we felt like we were on a cruise as we were so close to the water. Very nice residents/guests and a quiet property close to everything.
I would note two things ... 1. we took our kids and they liked the beach but it's not a "play here all day" beach. There are big black rocks along the beach and it hurts your feet in parts. We played on the beach there some but mostly went to some other favorite beaches. So, this didn't bother us at all ... but it is noteworthy. I think it is priced correctly.
The second thing is that our unit was missing some things we needed ... towels, mixing bowls ... nothing major but things we would like to have. I called the manager and she could not have acted more quickly. Within an hour or so we had the things we needed.
I would absolutely stay there again. If I was planning a trip where I only wanted to be on the beach ... it's not ideal ... but it's a good price and a nice location.
Oh, and I loved the person we booked with ... she sounds just like Mary Poppins. So "lovely".

My buddy and I went diving for a week or so in Grand Cayman and decided to stay here late in the game. We were pleased with the service and the cleanliness and size of the unit. Our 2-bedroom unit was easily large enough for two couples.

We loved our stay in Grand Cayman. It's like a second home for us. Our grandparents actually own a GTV condo. The location of 101 was perfect with having a 1 year old on the trip. However, the cleanliness when we arrived was poor. There were 2 used sponges left on the kitchen counter, the toilet paper rolls were almost out and not replaced, and the main issue is the mold problem. There was a leak in the ceiling above the master shower that needed to be fixed during our stay and the mold was causing 2 of our guest allergies while in the unit. Not to mention that you could immediately smell the mold when walking in. Also one other issue was the hurricane shutter track on the floor of the patio right at the entrance of the sliding door. There are rusty screws sticking straight out and we tripped on it multiple times and it was really dangerous having a 1 year old toddler walking over it. Hope these issues are resolved. Thank you!
