Gather your favorite people and head to 5-bedroom, 4-bath Villa Emmanuel, on the quiet shores of Cayman Kai, near Rum Point. A private pool and cabana at the edge of the sea provide the setting for lazy afternoons in the sun—cocktails in hand. When you want to explore the island, you’re in luck: some of Grand Cayman’s natural wonders are within easy walking distance. Observe Caribbean sea life at Starfish Beach and Stingray City—two photo-worthy beaches where these creatures gather.
Also close by are Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club, which offer up not only some lovely beachfront, but also a smorgasbord of wining & dining options—from beach barbeque to tropical cocktails to gourmet cuisine. Not to mention water-bound activities like snorkelling, scuba diving, jet-skiing and boating. Kaibo Yacht Club is just a 15-minute walk, while Rum Point is a short drive away. A rental car is recommended for easier access to the airport (45 minutes away), George Town and Seven Mile Beach.
Make sure to return to Villa Emmanuel before sunset! The sun’s finale as it sinks into the Caribbean Sea is unforgettable—especially from your private swimming pool at the water’s edge. The residential area where Villa Emmanuel is located means you will get lots peace of quiet from blissful sunset to sunrise and back again. When it’s time for bed, your options are plentiful: 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 bedroom with a queen, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. A total of 8 guests can sleep very comfortably at Villa Emmanuel, making it an easy choice for family reunions or friend getaways.
In the morning, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious centre island waits to be filled with the scent of freshly brewed coffee, and a platter of crispy bacon. Barstools at the centre island, plus a breakfast nook that seats 6, welcomes everyone to begin the day together in paradise!

Two families (4 adults 4 children ages 2-8) just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Emmanuel. The house was spacious with a nice pool and sandy beach area. There were some jelly fish and/or sea anemones that were stinging so beware. We tried to stay only on the sandy patch except when snorkeling. Snorkeling from the house we saw lobsters and a lion fish. The majority of homes on the inlet had their hurricane shutters up so we enjoyed privacy & tranquility. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the pool had rafts and toys. Additionally, there were some beach toys at the beach area. The views from the home are spectacular and the sunsets beautiful. Since it's a rental some of the furnishings are a bit worn, as are the pool and beach chairs but this didn't prevent us from having a wonderful time. The huge screened in porch is terrific and the upstairs master suite is amazing. Highly recommend this home and hope to get back soon!
Thanks for the great feedback! The owner is making some major upgrades and improvements this fall and it will be like brand-new for the coming Winter season! We love Villa Emmanuel too and the views are stunning! Thanks for booking with Cayman Villas at our Villa Emmanuel!

“Amazing location...Needs some TLC”

Amazing view and on a great place on the Island "Rum Point" where you can walk to beach restaurants and activities like Starfish Beach, the Bioluminescence and Stingray City are located. The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had two porches and was designed so two families could share the space (1 up and 1 down). The aC was excellent and kept the house comfortable. The kitchen was large and had more than enough cabinet and seating space (the pans were not so great, bad enough to make cooking pancakes challenging). The beach area had ~30ft between the water and pool and was ~75ft wide and was great for relaxing or for the kids to play. Bring water shoes for the water though, that area has a decent # of shells in shallow water. I loved the location as we could walk to Cayman Kia (sp?) and Rum Point. They had Vizio Tv's up and down that worked great and the wireless internet speed was good. The kids were able to stream Netflix videos on ipads. Go shopping first, it is about 20min to the closest grocery store, but no big deal for the trade off of the quiet IMO. You are about 45min from 7mile beach.
The not so good:
The house was a bit dated and needed some TLC. There were several lights not working, the pool light did not work so we had to improvise so the kids could night swim, the sheets/pillows were very old and the blinds for the bedrooms were so bad we had to hang sheets over them in order to sleep a minute past sunrise . The lounge chairs had these great canopies for them to shade the sun but only one was working properly so we had to jerry rig the others
There was nothing seriously wrong with the house other than those items and I thought it was a very good value in an amazing location.
Thanks for sharing your experience at Villa Emmanuel! It is a fantastic vacation villa for the whole family. We are happy to announce that the Owner will shortly be updating the kitchen items like pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, bowls and the like too! Thank you for visiting Cayman Villas in Grand Cayman!
“This "Villa" sure looked better online than in person.”

Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I didn't consider booking until the 4 bedrooms that I would have wanted were taken. Unlike the four other houses that I have rented in Cayman, there were absolutely no "toys"...not even a blow up air mattress. So much wasted space in this house, and no updates in the bathrooms...looked like decor from the 90's. The beach was great, but not one that you could go for a walk for very far without climbing over docks. Not good for anyone with any trouble walking. We were very familiar with the location, and it's perfect. Lucky for me, we were able to connect with the owner of a perfect house just down the road, and will be staying there next year.
Thanks for the feedback! Pool toys and floats have been restocked and the bathrooms are slated to be renovated this year. I agree that the location is perfect too! The neighboring docks and open space in the house isn't something we can fix unfortunately. We aim to provide a quality vacation rental experience and I apologize for any disappointment you experienced in your stay.

We loved the Villa and Cayman Villas were great. The only thing that would be an improvement for guests who are residents would be to be able to pick up and drop the keys off in Kaibo. It was an inconvenience to have to go out to avis, especially as the drive to Kaibo is already long. We appreciate most guests must fly in, but if you have local guests again this would greatly enhance the experience.

All the people associated with Cayman Villas- rentals- are great to deal with. Our "house mom" Barbara has become a "family " member . She is always available for help or with suggestions. Villa Emmanuel is a perfect setting for a young family. The beach is perfect, quiet and away from the hub-bub of 7 mile beach. Rum Point just down the way offers snorkling, boat trips a wonderful folksy restaurant - as well as a gourmet one and the best rum drinks in the world.- A fun funky atmosphere to enjoy daily- lots of children and action for them.Super gorgeous sun sets! A great section of the island!!!
