I travel a lot, and have stayed in many rental places all over New England, and I have to say, this is one of the nicest. The condo is lovely, nestled in trees that provide shade all day, and keep the unit cool as well. There is a lovely view of the lake, just down a small hill from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked, and the unit has a washer and dryer, plenty of linens, and comfortable beds.
The lake itself is great - very quiet, as no motors are allowed, perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, frog hunting, etc. This condo has access to a private sandy beach, and the lake has a soft, gently sloped sandy bottom, perfect for kids. I'm a runner, and another benefit of this location is a beautiful running trail around parts of the lake. There is also a hiking trail around the whole lake, and other running trails in the area. There is also a clubhouse, about 10 minutes away with indoor games and a pool, as well as organized activities and a small little restaurant to get a burger and ice-cream.
The village of Grantham, is only 5 minutes away with a general store and a terrific restaurant. The greater surrounding area includes lots of activities for rainy days like movies, bowling, laser tag, museums, outlets stores and more. The owners, Andy and Tracy are great about keeping all kinds of literature and information around about what to do in the area.
Really, this is an ideal place for families. We've stayed with our children several times and will most definitely be coming back.

This is a lovely townhouse located (in my experience) at one of the best lakes/associations in NH. I've stayed here on several occasions, and each time the experience was great. Things I love about the place:
-all amenities and homey things around the house
-the lake and flat, sandy beach is only 30 seconds away. This is critical- no dragging around tons of stuff to the beach or having to walk 15 minutes or more for snacks, bathroom, etc.
- my kids love swimming to and jumping off the dock
- lots to do in the area
- Tracey and andy were great- answered all my questions and left a ton of information
- very comfortable townhouse, perfect for my family of 4 (and we've had guests stay overnite as well, so it sleeps more)
We're returning this year again, and hope to many more times in the future
