Located at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level, the farmhouse 'La Presura' extends for 35 hectares halfway between Florence and Greve in Chianti. It is the first farm to open the gates on the rolling hills of the Chianti Classico area. The property offers SWIMMING POOL, FREE WIFI IN EVERY APARTMENT, CEILING FAN, FREE INTERNET POINT, Full equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, CONDITIONED AREA INCLUDED, COMMON WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER (EXTRA CHARGE), CHILDREN AREA. Great for your holiday in Tuscany, near Florence.

Vineyard tours and Wine Tasting Tour (extra charge)
During the tour you will have the opportunity to learn all phases of winemaking to the production of our Chianti Classico DOCG wine and visit our cellars, a modern one and an original one from half of ‘800, since our family began producing the wine. At the end of the tour there will be a tasting of some of our best wines accompanied by local meats and cheeses, bruschetta and crostini .
If you want, along with tasting you can have the opportunity to discover the wonderful vineyards of our farm immersed in the gentle Chianti hills with breathtaking views. During the tour you can see the different types of vines on the estate and learn about the early stages of the processing of the vineyard. (from april to October, subjected to weather conditions, booking required).
Stroll along the tree-lined Viale Ottocentesco
Olive groves, woods and vineyards will be the setting of your walks along the various marked routes through the farm. In the great avenue of cypress trees, dating from the mid-800, in perfect balance between history and nature, you will reach the beautiful lake of the estate. In the eight hectares of forest surrounding the lake you will see several typical tree species of the Mediterranean: pines, cypresses and Ginepri, together with brooms, oaks, brooms and many other species.
Trip to the lake on foot even for children
Within the estate there is also a lake, where, together with your children, you will have the opportunity to spend a day outdoors, surrounded by nature. You can go fishing (own equipment fitted) or organize your picnic, closely observe our animals, Ducks mute, Germans, geese and fish and feed them with the bag of food provided by us (free of charge)
Trekking into the Chianti hills and vineyards
4 trekking trails into our estate, lenght: 1 and 2 km. You can hiking into our vineyards, olive groves and wood and have a rest by the beautiful lake.
On request, according to availability, we provide 2 pairs of walking sticks for free.

The farm is located in a strategic position, because while enjoying the tranquility and relaxation of the countryside is still located just 9 km from Florence, with which it is connected also with a convenient bus service that goes directly into the city center. The bus stop is only 200 meters from the farm and to get downtown in less than 30 minutes. Thus leaving their cars in the car park of the farm, you can easily visit Florence without worrying about where to park their car. It 'also a little less than an hour's drive from the most beautiful Tuscan cities such as Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Arezzo, Pistoia, Lucca, Pienza.
It is also located within the area of Chiantishire, is known for good wine, but also to visit the many castles, the medieval villages where you can enjoy good wine with good food in Tuscany.
And then can also relax in our structure by taking advantage of our pool, but also doing trekking immersed in our vineyards and olive groves at the center of which is our own private lake, where, taking your own equipment you can fish. It 'also a' good solution for families with children, as each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen and the farm has a play area completely dedicated to children (on request availability for: CARRYCOT- HIGH CHAIR – SNUGLI – BOUCER - PLASTIC BATH TUB FOR BABY). We offer to our guests 4 mountain bikes and a fully equipped barbecue area.
