The living room has a recently replaced sectional sleeper sofa to sit back and relax after an adventure-filled day. Open the sliding glass door to your private balcony. Enjoy optimal beach front views from the comfort of the mid-height patio chairs.
This vacation home has many upgrades! 3 SMART TVs, for Netflix, HULU or other services using your own account!! All 3 bathroom showers have been remodeled, the master and hallway showers are tiled from floor to ceiling, the third bathroom has a new tub with tiled enclosure. Newly installed tile, baseboard, and furnishings throughout! Wall outlets added in the bedrooms for multi-device and USB-charging.

“Wonderful trip”

“Spring Break Visit”
Stayed at this condo for a week. Nice updated condo with a great view. Was pretty clean upon arrival and the rental company was very nice and easy to deal with. Would book again.

Response from the manager Thanks for your review. Check-in time is at 3PM. Your lease begins at 3PM the day of arrival and ends at 10AM the day of your departure. You're paying to occupy the property between that time frame. We try our best to accommodate early check-in requests. The gentleman that you spoke with advised that a 1PM check-in might be available at no extra cost. When you arrived before that time, the young woman advised you to come back at 1:30 PM so you could check-in early as that is when it would be available. Glad we could accommodate your early check-in request at no cost. Everyone's opinion is different but most think this is a wonderful unit with lots of space and a great price for accommodating larger families. It is decorated tastefully and is updated with granite counters and modern appliances. We hope you had a great vacation and come back to visit the many attractions and white sand beaches along Alabama's gulf coast. Thanks.

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
