Crystal Tower is one of Gulf Shore's newest, most luxurious high rise condos. With white sandy beaches and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, you will want to spend hours out in the sun. It features a wide variety of resort-style amenities with three resort quality pools including the Gulf's "Best Beach Front Pool" featuring a lazy river and hot tub as well as an indoor heated pool. In addition, the complex is close to restaurants, shopping and several outdoor activities.

New for 2020. Unit 1203 has been completely renovated and professionally decorated. This condo features new furniture, Flat Screen TV's, Stainless Steel Appliances, Washer and Dryer, freshly painted walls, trim and doors, and tiled floors throughout. Located on the 12th floor, 1203 has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Lobby of Crystal Tower, located on the 1st Floor, is filled with all types of information (maps, points of interest, etc.). To learn more about the area, use the Hospitality Manager. Once you are invited, you can access it via the internet or your smartphone by downloading the app.

Interaction with guest

Information Letter is part of your Welcome Packet and will be inside the condo when you arrive. It will have: Important Reminders Property Amenities Checkout Contacts A Blue Binder, located on the Dining Room Buffet, contains menus from local restaurants. Also the Hospitality Manager is a great source of information. Once you are invited, you can access it via the internet or your smartphone by downloading the app.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
