Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals, 5 days check in July 19, 2015 check out July 24, 2015. We are regular renters at the Ocean House. First time at Ocean House 1, The lobby area was always clean and cool. The luggage carts were always available for use when we needed them. This was a busy baseball/softball tournament week so as expected the area was very congested and crowded. The elevators were in full use and we expected waiting times. Our Ike's chair and umbrella young men were attentive, polite and hard working goal oriented gentlemen. Great stay! Our room was one of the better rooms we have rented. Starter package was greatly appreciated. Young's check in was easy and ladies were knowledgable and polite. Check out was early and easy. Only suggestions. More local to the condo key drop location and the room could use a deep cleaning.
"Loved Anne's Condo!"

My daughters and I recently stayed at Anne's beach house and loved every minute! We found the condo to be clean pleasantly decorated and with easy access to the beach and pool. The building staff was courteous and professional and the building itself was well-kept. We would happily recommend and stay again at Anne's Beach House!

Very spacious. Fantastic location right on the beach. The whole place felt very much like a home away from home.
"Great condo...Great vacation!"
Left on 08/12/2015 for a stay in July 2015
This condo was completely immaculate with all up to date appliances and furnishings. The view was amazing and allowed us to wake up every morning and watch the Dolphins swim in the Gulf while we ate our breakfast out on the balcony! The pools were amazing and clean and the easy access air conditioned walkway to them was outstanding to have when the temps were extremely hot. They sold Italian Ice at poolside to keep you cool and had a gated access point to get to the beach so only their Guests could have access to the pools and condo area. The beach chairs and umbrellas right outside our beach walkway were very convenient and well priced and the service they provided was great!
We only had one downfall the entire trip, which were the elevators. They continuously were going down and sometimes leaving only one to run at a time. This left long waits to get back to our condo and being on the 12th floor doesn't make it feasible to walk the stairs, especially with a cooler. Elevator Maintenance crews were called promptly though and elevators were fixed very fast, however they were continuously going down due to excessive use...only 3 elevators for around 120 condos. Others we met while on vacation though, who were staying at other condos in Gulf Shores, had elevator issues also. Definitely would not keep us from returning back to this exact same condo! Best vacation we have ever been on and we take 2-3 vacations a year!
"Good place to stay"
Left on 10/12/2015 for a stay in September 2015
The condo is great for being a condo. Nice place to sleep and stay. Not many amenities at the condo. They offer a decent sized pool, and good beach access. The room we stayed in was a two room condo. The room itself was very clean when we arrived. The room was decent. I would rate it average for a beach condo. Plenty of space to unwind and relax. A nice kitchen with a table and bar to eat at so plenty of space for a decent sized family. I think the room slept 8? It was furnished with a queen bed in one room, two twins in another and a pull out couch.
The beach was great no complaints.
The parking lot is very small so some days or nights you will have to park across the street. Plenty of space across the street so no need to worry about running out of room. Sea and suds is right next door on the beach, and they have vallet parking for them. But they put the cars in the parking lot across the street so I suppose you could be left with no parking if the condo and sea and suds are packed? I dunno.
Only other thing to add is, the condo isn't large enough to have a check in at the actual condo itself. So you have to go to another place to check in and get your access code to the rooms.
Other than the tiny downfalls it's a good beach condo and you'll get your money's worth if you enjoy the beach.
