This estate is 3.5 acres of lush tropical vegetation and fruits, nuts and tropical flowers. This property sit off the road, making this home a private getaway.
This estate is adorned with 2 beautiful homes it would be hard to choose one over the other. You can rent 1 for a family up to 6 guests or bring the whole family room for up to 12 guests in 2 houses. Both these homes together is a great extended family escape. These homes are being rented together for a great value or separately to suit whatever size your group is.
We have named this homes to honor the special mother life.
The ranch style house 'Hale Ahualani' is decorated to commemorate the history of the Panilos (cowboys) in Maui.
As you enter the house you will enjoy the tall ceilings and a baby grand piano. Come with a song on your heart and and play it for your family
You will enjoy the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and family room. Enjoy a family movie together with the flat screen TV.
There are 3 large bedrooms (King, Queen & 2 twins). Each room has a charm of it's own. The master Bedroom has a sunk in living room with an on suite bathroom.
The one beautiful thing that sits between these homes is a fenced in shared pool. In the heat of the afternoons this will be a perfect place to relax & BBQ your evening meal.
The beach is just 10 to 15 minutes away.
When you are relaxing at the house there are plenty of books, games and DVDs.
You will enjoy the fruits in season. Include them in your cooking.
The twin waterfalls are also just 10 minutes away. This the perfect launching spot to brave the Beautiful, winding adventurous road to Hana. Take the drive up Haleakala Crater to experience the sunrise. There is a zip line near by if that is on your bucket list.
The World renown restaurant 'Mama's Fish' is so near. Your will enjoy the fresh catch of the day as well as other island delicacies.
Paia is a charming town just 7 miles away. This town is reflection of its history as a sugar cane plantation town back in the day with its old plantation style wooden buildings, This historical little beach town has a number of specialty shops, boutiques, surf shops, antique stores, bakeries.
