This detached cottage is set in the owner's grounds near the villages of Hellingly and Hailsham and sleeps two people in one bedroom.Pump House is a detached cottage, set in the owner's grounds near Hellingly and Hailsham in Sussex. The cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom. There is also a ground floor bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, breakfast bar and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car, an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a patio area with a hot tub and barbecue. Pump House is the perfect holiday cottage at anytime of year with a variety of day's out to enjoy in the local area.
Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Patio area with hot tub and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Babes-in-arms only. Note: There is a lake in the owner's grounds nearby, pets to be supervised. Please Note: The owner is open to allowing additional dogs on request (please call us on ***********).

Town: Hellingly is a quiet village in the heart of Sussex ideally situated for exploring the Sussex countryside and the coast. The most important part of the village is its church which was started in 1190 and has been built on the only remaining undamaged ciric in Sussex. A ciric is a circular Celtic burial ground, built above ground to ensure the graves are kept dry. This location is particularly popular with walkers and cyclists due to the famous Cuckoo Trail.
