A unique luxury studio apartment ,with one main studio / bedroom for two guests,fully equipped kitchen and en suite with shower . (with further accomodation available for children etc. upon request,).. being the upper floor in a select country residence situated on the edge of the pretty hamlet of Old Blendworth, surrounded by open countryside with extensive un interrupted views to the Solent and Isle of Wight, 8 miles North of Portsmouth, 8 miles south of Petersfield, and only 2 miles from the A3M. Also BOASTING YOUR OWN personal CATTERY for your sole use in our extensive gardens.
On edge of Sussex Border Path and close to Southdowns Way., 12 miles from Chichester , Portsmouth.and Petersfield.
Boasting a badminton grass court.
The apartment which is contained, not shared with any other person, has sole use of the main front door approached via a lychgate oak front porch to the property..Also your pwn private terrace off your first floor appartment, with table and chairs, where you can breakfast or while away the hours admiring the extensive uninterrupted views.
You do not need to use the car if you are walkers as many footpaths pass through the land immediately surrounding us.
Walk to The George at Fichdean through The woods and fields. or The Red Lion at Chalton, where you can enjoy the most fabulous food.
Play badminton on the court, sit in the sun, or the shade of the giant walnut tree, or Yew tree......yes we love it here of course, and love to share the experience....

The centrally heated apartment is approached by its own private stairs to it`s own internal front door ,leading to it`s own kitchen equipped with Cooker, Fridge, washing machine, microwave etc.

Door from landing leads to a 17ft. x 14ft master living room with sliding patio doors to private balcony with table and chairs giving uninterrupted views to the south ,not overlooking any other property.

All furnishings carefully chosen to create a pleasing restful environment.., with pine table and chairs and pine dresser .A comfortable settee. Louis 14th style wardrobe and storage drawer chests with double bed.

Spacious en suite shower room, toilet, full width vanitory unit with range of storage cupboards under. Shaver light and wall lights.

The Studio , consisting of 3 x rooms is fully carpeted throughout with flat screen TV and full inventory of daily utensils.

The studio is fully centrally heated by radiators from the main property heating system.;

Cooking by electric.. all included in the rental price.

Suitable non smoking with your personal cattery in our extemsive gardens for your favourite pet. , if required

A bedlinen laundry service is included as part of an included room cleaning service.

The apartment has become a favourite, for those who want peace and quiet with absolute tranquility.Being let on reccomendation by word of mouth over the past years...So this is a new approach, where from a few days to an extended holiday let is now being made available by us for the discerning.

“A peaceful cosy retreat with breathtaking views - perfect for 2”

We wanted a romantic, a 'get away from it all' home from home type of property and the 'Guntles with a view' fitted the bill. The location is excellent as it's rural and yet only minutes away from the A3 motorway. The property is very spacious, spotless, comfortable, very quiet and unbelievable tranquillity with unrestricted views that appear to be boundary-less. The owners are very friendly and know how to provide a wonderful guest experience by welcoming us with a decorated basket full of essential goodies and a nice bottle of wine and biscuits and making us immediately feel at home. They provided additional heating when the weather turned cold. We were allowed to stay late on departure day because we were enjoying the place so much that it became difficult to prepare for departure. Our deposit was returned without any fuss. We had a great and memorable stay and would book the cottage again and definitely recommend it to any couple looking for a cosy retreat that is great for bonding.

Nice and private flat with a wonderful view. Lovely and clean,pretty shower en suite and a neat little kitchen. Internet access and a up to date TV. Comfy bed, Bedroom furniture maybe a little dated, (perhaps a small thing to concern anyone) Artificial flowers not a good idea. Owners were very kind and went the extra mile to be helpful. All things considered, we were very happy and enjoyed our stay would recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

I stayed in the apartment for 3 months and only left due to change of job. The rooms are kept immaculate. The family are warm and inviting. It was a pleasure coming home and opening up the doors to the sun and open fields. Marvellous!
