This cottage is so close to the beach and has that unique Cape Cod look and feel from the blossoming summer hydrangeas to the full front screened porch. The first floor features a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed. The second story is accessed via steep stairs and consists of 2 bunk room areas with built in twin beds and exposed ceilings. The back yard has a nice network of brick patios and walkways and includes an outdoor shower.
RATE: $3400 per week * $200 Handling Fee * State and Local Taxes Apply * Choice of $55 Damage Insurance OR $500 Security Deposit.
