This home features a modern granite and maple kitchen where you will find everything you need for summer cooking and dining. This fully equipped kitchen has island seating for a morning breakfast, laundry, pantry, ice maker, dish washer, microwave, lobster pot, blender and more! There is a door from the kitchen to the rear yard and the gas grill is located just off the kitchen for convenience in grilling.
[~] Located on the first floor is a half bath room, between kitchen and living room.
[~] The adjacent dining room seats 6 and overlooks the WONDERFUL FARMERS porch and front yard. The farmers porch is a great spot for afternoon relaxing while the large front lawn is perfect for a summer whiffle ball game.
[~] Step into the spacious front to back living room with a reclining sofa and a duel reclining love seat. Also in the living room is a 50 inch TV with a DVD player, cable and window A/C unit. Wi-Fi is also available.
[~] From the living room you can step onto the outdoor deck with dining table. The rear yard is enclosed with a fence and wooded for privacy. There is an enclosed outdoor shower also that is perfect for rinsing off after returning home from the beach.
[~] From the front entry, the stairs lead you to the second floor where the 3 bedrooms are located with a center hallway bath that has a tub and shower combination. The bedroom on the right of the bath is over sized and features a ceiling fan, Queen size bed, window A/C unit and TV. There are two additional bedrooms. The one on the left has two twin beds, a TV and a window A/C unit. The one on the right has a queen size bed, window A/C unit and TV also.
[~]The large covered front porch has wicker seating and small tables for a wonderful reading and lounging area overlooking the front lawn.
[~] Guests will not have access to garage.
