“Comfortable, convenient and well stocked McCann's Maui Vista” McCann's Maui Vista is a home away from home! It has everything you need to prepare meals, go to the beach and relax in style. The unit is well decorated and comfortable. The beds and bedding were nice, the towels were fluffy and smelled clean. The kitchen had pots, pans, baking sheets, knives cutting boards juice jugs. You may think "big deal" but we have stayed in places where there have been a lack of these things and barring packing this stuff or buying it, it is nice to not have to worry! The multiple pool access is nice. We have small children so if there were an abundance of non children people at the closest pool, we just moved on to the next one. There were also times, more often than not, where we were the only ones at the pool. This may be because the non children people went somewhere else! Maui Vista is within a few minutes walk to the beach or shops and restaurants if one is so inclined. I would return to McCann's unit and I have recommended it to friends. It was a great experience!

“Great Location and host” Plenty of space for 5 adults and being so close to the beach and shops meant that we could get away from each other whenever we wanted to. We all thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Maui!

“Beautiful Villa!” This is a very late entry and I normally don't write reviews, but this villa in Ko'Olina is simply amazing! My family, including my husband and 2-year-old daughter, along with another couple stayed at David's condo last year and it was more than we could ask for. The place is well kept, clean, and has state of the art utilities. Melissa and David made the booking process easy, and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Even when the dryer broke at the beginning of our trip, Melissa and David were right on it and sent someone out immediately to fix it (the washer/dryer came in very handy during our vacation). Our favorite part about the villa was definitely the lanai. We woke up every morning and enjoyed the views for hours before even leaving the unit, and we spent every night watching the sunset from the lanai. Pure relaxation! The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook a lot of our meals, which saved us some money. There was even a BBQ by the pool area we used. Very convenient. Lagoon 2, which was where the villa was located, was definitely the best out the 4. Quiet, peaceful, and the water was amazing! The waves were mild and calm. My daughter loved it and even learned how to swim there! I can't say enough about our stay here. We have been to Oahu several times, but staying in Ko'Olina at this condo was definitely the best trip we've had to Oahu! We hope to come back soon.

“Terrific!” Bev is so nice and kind. She really looks out for her guests! Beautiful condo style cottage . We love it here and will definitely stayhere the next time we come!

“Beautiful Home” The setting and view is spectacular. All the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, although be careful as there is a flaw in the slate and the cue ball can go flying! The Sonos music system is also great. The backyard is perfect. Lots of pool toys. We enjoyed the evenings watching the stars. We did have a few minor issues. We had 3 adult couples and it wasn't clear that two of the bedrooms had a shared bath. The other bath was across the hall. We had expected private baths for each bedroom. The showers are beautiful but water pressure is minimal. Lastly, it seems that pool and hot tub controls are managed by the owner down below. The pool light would turn off and if you wanted to swim late, we couldn't find a pool light switch. Lastly, we didn't have heat in the hot tub the first day/night and requested help from the owner. No response. The pool maintenance person fixed it for us the next day. Even with these minor issues, I would recommend the home again. It is beautiful and has stunning views. We enjoyed the fruit trees, too.

“Well equipped and maintained, comfortable and easy access to beach, food and shopping.” This was my second stay at this lovely 1 BR condo in Kihei and I enjoyed it even more. The location is great, just across S Kihei Rd from the beach at the north end of Kamaole Beach #1. You can walk on the beach all the way to Ulua Beach if you want. The place is amazingly well equipped. All you need to cook and toys for the beach. This time, I even discovered two yoga mats in covers and two yoga blocks to go with them. Perfect for home yoga or taking them to the beach yoga classes that sometime happen. It is also possible to walk to good food and even the grocery store. The building has a great pool for afternoon cooling and laundry facilities are available on site. There is a bit of a view of the ocean from the lanai, but the general vista of palm trees and tropical vegetation in the neighboring buildings was quite nice. Never used the AC, screens and fans kept things comfortable. Finally the electronics were great, big screen and lots of music and video service choices.

“Great stay” Spent 2 weeks here and was not disappointed at all, it met all of our needs. The condo was very clean, kitchen we'll stocked, and most important was the bed was very comfortable. There was never any noise problems day or night. It's in a great location, short walk to lots of restaurants, gift shops, and. Of course the ice cream shop. Condo us also furnished with snorkel gear, beach chairs, and mats. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

“Serenity in Maui” My husband and I spent eight days at this lovely property, and quite simply, was the best house rental, and the best vacation we have ever taken. There are not enough words to tell you how beautiful the home is with all the stunning landscaping, yummy fruit trees,and great, private saltwater pool. The home is immaculate, and luxurious. Extremely clean, and absolutely stunning. Very comfortably furniture and great beds. Claudia, the owner is charming, and will be there when you need her for anything. Please, do yourself a favor and stay in this home. It is paradise!

“Amazing Beachfront Location! Can't be beat!” We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo in august-September. It was the perfect set-up for our family trip. Our four-year old twin daughters and our mothers joined us and we couldn't have asked for more. It was clean, with a well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything we could possibly ask for. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, the beds and bedding were cozy and clean. The best feature of this venue however is the waterfront lanai. We enjoyed sitting out dining al fresco, watching the ocean views and amazing sunsets over the ocean. The sandy beach below is literally fifty feet away and a perfect place for kids! Our girls absolutely loved the little beach and it was a daily favorite on our agenda. The grands could watch the girls having fun below, without ever leaving the house. We enjoyed grilling out several times on on the waterfront grassy BBQ area. The grills are spotless and maintained and cleaned daily. The grounds were safe and secure. The location is close to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants and groceries in either direction, not to mention great pit stop for sight seeing locations and beaches. We had a couple of challenges arise during our 11day stay, but the owner took care of things for us and made sure things were made right. The only other concern we had was the humidity in late august, which was sometimes heavy, but with screens open and fans running it was manageable. Over all we loved our vacation and wouldn't change a thing. We'll now also be spoiled to oceanfront accommodations and the sound of the waves beneath our windows. “Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. This condo has everything you'd possibly need for your stay and I highly recommend it. Next time we're on the Big Island, this is definitely where we'll be staying!
