“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. “Beautiful Paradise” This immaculate well maintained condo came equipped with everything needed to snorkel, body board, picnic or just rest by the ocean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo grounds, pool area, hot tub and barbecue were very well maintained. The office staff, Kitty , welcomed us when we checked in and represented the condo owners with courtesy and kindness. The owners provided us with locations of stores to purchase groceries or whatever needed. Their personal touches on their condo made us feel like we were at home.

“Amazingly Remarkable Vacation Spot” We found our paradise !! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Maui. The view is amazing! How wonderful to hear the waves crashing just below. Soothing and so romantic! So nice to be able to cook meals in and also use the Bbq's at the pool. My husband enjoyed meeting other guy's cooking at the Bbq's. It was quite the social atmosphere. We have been to Maui several times and really liked the location of your condo. So much better than staying in a motel with all the amenities you provided. “Time in paradise” We all enjoyed to stay in this beautiful house in awesome location on Kauai . House has everything that you may need , from stuff to bake cupcakes to soft boards , beach chairs and toys for children . During our stay we had planty of time to check the whole island and can say that Princeville has the best views , beaches and it is the best place to be on the island. If you have a car it's 5-7 minutes ride to the mist beautiful Hanalei beach or also amazing Anini beach. I highly recommend this property and want to be back here the next year !!

“Great island feel, clean, all the amenities you’d ever want, and close to it all.” We used this as the perfect spot to start and end our days. Stopped at Costco on way from the airport to get our basics. Had a homemade breakfast and dinner most nights and packed a few picnics. Great information supplied on which restaurants and attractions to see supplied by the owner. The decore was so adorable in the unit it was great to come home to. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were immaculate as well. After exploring the island it was soothing to relax here. We even got a chance to see our beloved Toronto Maple leafs play thanks to the Great cable coverage. Walked across to the beach several times and saw turtles and whales. Can’t wait to come back.

“A wonderful, relaxing place to stay in Maui” Just what we wanted! “Paradise Awaits You!” This is the perfect place to stay. The owners are fabulous to work with and provided excellent key information about the area! The accommodations are excellent with every need available from a fully stock kitchen to a wonderful living area with movies to a gorgeous set of bedrooms to a closet with everything necessary for a great day at the beach. Also, provided is music CD and lots of books for you down time leisure. We loved all of the amenities!!!! The location is ideally located to the beach, shopping, food, etc. The owners recommended a trip better known as the road to Hana. It is an island must do. I highly recommend a small tour group. It was a pleasure having an expert guide, driver, and cook take us on a super trip including lunch and trip along the back side of the island. Thanks for the perfect week in paradise. Looking forward to a return visit!!!

“Paradise on the Beach” We have enjoyed our stays in Maui for 12 years and found this condo to be a perfect fit for our family of four. We have just renewed our reservation with the owners for our fourth consecutive year. We love all the extra space and that it's a corner unit with lots of windows to view all the beautiful surroundings. Having the large heated pool beside the apartment is very convenient. It is located just a 5 minute walk through the garden to the beach cabana. The condo is stocked with all the amenities of a home. We love the convenience of having a shuttle to take us to and from the private beach cabana when the kids are tired from all the play on the beach. The restaurants and shopping at Whaler's Village are within short walking distance. Kaanapali has a shuttle service which provides transportation throughout the village. Grocery shopping and Golf courses are within a very short drive from the resort. we will continue to return to this comfortable resort - and apartment! Doris

“Here is a Gem of a Condo!” The owner of this condo, Lawrence Daluz was easily available and great to work with! The condo is clean, beautiful and comfortable in most every way. This condo is placed in a hotel setting (as it turns out our friends were renting a hotel-owned condo just across the driveway) so we got to see the inside of one of the hotel-owned-and run units. This one was far superior to theirs, though the layout for the unit is exactly the same. The sunny kitchen in this condo was extremely well-supplied (the best we have run across, ever, which we really appreciated) and all the appliances we used worked great. This unit has a stove, a microwave, a 'fridge with freezer and a decent-sized oven. We like to cook our own food (the main reason for getting a condo in the first place), so all of this came in VERY handy. Even the dishes were up-to-date and pretty! The bedroom is really nice and the bed, perfect and super-comfortable (especially for this girl with back issues), the living room is lovely (and beautiful) to relax in and the inside dining area furniture, classy and generous-sized. The lanai is mostly quiet (there is a street nearby but the noise there was minimal in our opinion). The lanai was also surprisingly private and quite well-supplied including a huge gas barbecue (which we didn't try out), and a nice dining table which we used often. There are also two comfortable loungers with pillows on the lanai as well. Though we brought our own snorkeling equipment, Lawrence has included a generous supply of usable snorkeling gear and children's sand toys (though we didn't use any of it.) The only "con" for this unit: The best a/c unit is in the bedroom (it works great) but the living room a/c unit, is added on and has to be closely looked after as it is a bit temperamental - and doesn't really give the living room that fully air conditioned feel (something kind of important to this middle-aged couple). But it was sufficient enough and after being in Maui for about five days, we both finally got used to the warmer larger room (we live in the cooler mountains at some altitude so the heat was a bit of a shock to us the first few days). The internet in this unit can be spotty, too, but it worked well enough for the most part (something we have experienced in other condos and on other islands as well.) All in all I give this condo an A+. It's clean, modern feeling, beautiful, convenient to everything in this area, well-supplied and quite nice to "live in" during a vacation in Maui. I highly recommend it and I also thank Lawrence for keeping it up so well.

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Family Vacation” Fantastic! Wow! Super! Our family of 19 used this condo as our gathering place for meals, games, conversation and relaxing. The 6 of us who actually stayed there felt like we were in the "lap of luxury" - every detail was carefully planned in the condo right down to beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen area an was a superb place to prepare meals with assistance from the Viking grill on the lanai. The lanai provided breathtaking views of the ever-changing ocean and rainbows. The matriarch of our family had no trouble navigating the condo in her walker and wheelchair.
