“Kelly's Property Description Is Spot On.” Excellent property in a great location. I have to admit I was a little nervous booking something online but I can promise the condo is just like the pictures. “Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. “Beautiful Paradise” This immaculate well maintained condo came equipped with everything needed to snorkel, body board, picnic or just rest by the ocean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo grounds, pool area, hot tub and barbecue were very well maintained. The office staff, Kitty , welcomed us when we checked in and represented the condo owners with courtesy and kindness. The owners provided us with locations of stores to purchase groceries or whatever needed. Their personal touches on their condo made us feel like we were at home.

“Comfortable, convenient and well stocked McCann's Maui Vista” McCann's Maui Vista is a home away from home! It has everything you need to prepare meals, go to the beach and relax in style. The unit is well decorated and comfortable. The beds and bedding were nice, the towels were fluffy and smelled clean. The kitchen had pots, pans, baking sheets, knives cutting boards juice jugs. You may think "big deal" but we have stayed in places where there have been a lack of these things and barring packing this stuff or buying it, it is nice to not have to worry! The multiple pool access is nice. We have small children so if there were an abundance of non children people at the closest pool, we just moved on to the next one. There were also times, more often than not, where we were the only ones at the pool. This may be because the non children people went somewhere else! Maui Vista is within a few minutes walk to the beach or shops and restaurants if one is so inclined. I would return to McCann's unit and I have recommended it to friends. It was a great experience!

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

Most of the resorts are all set back from the ocean, and you do not have that feeling of being right on the ocean. Condo 802 is directly in front of the ocean. The soothing ocean sounds truly enhances the level of relaxation during both awake and sleeping hours. The beach in front of The Whaler is one of the best beach sites on Kaanapali Beach for relaxing and swimming. There is a reef directly in front of The Whaler that is good for snorkeling. Black Rock is a short walk from The Whaler that has OUTSTANDING snorkeling and turtle siting opportunities. 2 – The Condo is breathtakingly beautiful and immaculate. The owners, Simon and JaNell, are committed to comfort and luxury. The beds are extremely comfortable. I have sleep challenges “on the mainland” but not in Condo 802. I could not believe how well I slept. This is our 2nd time staying in Condo 802, and I have now stayed in both the guest and master rooms. The sleep situation was outstanding in both rooms. The Master Suite is spectacular. Both rooms are wonderful. However, the Master Suite is incredible! Also, the Lanai is so wonderful. As stated previously, you cannot get any closer to the ocean. We were able to directly watch the whales and site turtles as they swim along the beach line. We even saw a small pod of dolphins swimming close by, as well!! 3 – The kitchen is fantastic! We stayed for 12 nights in Condo 802. (For this trip, we decided to stay more days and dine out less.) We prepared the majority of our meals in the condo. (Martha Stewart would not be disappointed.) Every kitchen utensil and appliance is available. Spices and staples are on hand. We had many gourmet dinners, and we were never deficit for the proper accoutrements. 4 – Simon and JaNell Zemel are outstanding owners. We have stayed in many other Whaler condos. All of The Whaler owners have been wonderful. However, Simon and JaNell set a very high bar for customer service. Shortly after our arrival we received a welcome call from JaNell. She called to ensure that everything in the Condo was accommodating our needs, and she wanted to make certain that we were enjoying our stay in their home. The owners are immediately responsive to any request or issue. We had a minor garbage disposal malfunction. It was immediately addressed and resolved. Simon and JaNell are committed to making your experience in Condo 802 to be relaxing and luxurious. I believe the difference in staying at a 5 Star Resort, and The Whaler Condo 802, is that Condo 802 feels like home. There are wonderful kitchen supplies, toiletries, and laundry supplies. Condo 802 is also stocked with beach gear, which eliminates the need to rent beach gear that you may need during your vacation. Again, the owners are outstanding. They make you feel like you are close friends staying in their home. The only negative issue is leaving. The reentry into reality is very tough after staying at The Whaler Condo 802.

“Near the action yet quiet.” It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and quite a lot of traffic before there but the condo was quiet with the sounds of birds and a cool breeze passing through so AC wasn't needed even in the heat of summer.

“Perfect Vacation Condo” Our family stayed 2 weeks and everything was absolutely perfect. The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is nicely equipped. All beach gear is available for use, cooler, towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We so enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the lanai with the gentle ocean breeze. The location is perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool and walking to a'beach with direct access was a very nice perk. We also enjoyed a daily walk along the coast on the trail, the views are breathtaking. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well kept. It was also nice being able to walk to the Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining. We had such a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning sometime soon! Will stay again in 16F without question.

“Great island feel, clean, all the amenities you’d ever want, and close to it all.” We used this as the perfect spot to start and end our days. Stopped at Costco on way from the airport to get our basics. Had a homemade breakfast and dinner most nights and packed a few picnics. Great information supplied on which restaurants and attractions to see supplied by the owner. The decore was so adorable in the unit it was great to come home to. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were immaculate as well. After exploring the island it was soothing to relax here. We even got a chance to see our beloved Toronto Maple leafs play thanks to the Great cable coverage. Walked across to the beach several times and saw turtles and whales. Can’t wait to come back.

“Hale Kameole #309 - A great find!!” We ust returned from a glorious holiday to Maui (10 days) and the Molokai (4 days). This is our 7th trip to the Islands, and I fall more in love every time! Maui had last been a destination in 1995 and although we found a lot of changes - much has stayed the same. We stayed, for the first time, in #309 (Hale Kamaole) - a 3rd story condo with an ocean view - renting the unit through Vrbo. This was a very clean and well appointed condo and allowed the four of us (2 couples) ample room and comfotable surroundings. The owner (Brenda) was easy to deal with and always helpful and honest. We loved so much about this location - it's proximitiy to Kamaole 3 Beach (right across the road, and a really great beach in it's own), shopping, dining and, of course, the beaches in Wailea (Ulua and Big Beach). The condo was extremely clean and...well, comfortable - the kind of place that you're anxious to return to after a long and tough day of beaching or shopping. Do not think we missed having cocktails on the lanai one day, watching the sun go down to the tunes of other residents performing their "conch" ceremony (not to be missed). We all loved this place, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Paradise on the Beach” We have enjoyed our stays in Maui for 12 years and found this condo to be a perfect fit for our family of four. We have just renewed our reservation with the owners for our fourth consecutive year. We love all the extra space and that it's a corner unit with lots of windows to view all the beautiful surroundings. Having the large heated pool beside the apartment is very convenient. It is located just a 5 minute walk through the garden to the beach cabana. The condo is stocked with all the amenities of a home. We love the convenience of having a shuttle to take us to and from the private beach cabana when the kids are tired from all the play on the beach. The restaurants and shopping at Whaler's Village are within short walking distance. Kaanapali has a shuttle service which provides transportation throughout the village. Grocery shopping and Golf courses are within a very short drive from the resort. we will continue to return to this comfortable resort - and apartment! Doris

“Just perfect!” We loved our stay at this condo- it's very clean and bright, fully equipped with everything you need, a balcony with amazing views of the ocean/ crater/ turtles and only steps away from the beach. The complex and grounds are very well looked after, very green and felt safe at all times. Being one of the smallest complexes in that area added to the relaxing atmosphere. The owners can be reached easily by email/ phone, were very helpful and even provide a tasty welcome package with fresh fruits, local cookies and coffee (Thanks again!). The location of the condo was perfect for exploring the island, as it's only a short drive from Kahului airport/ the Road to Hana, not far from Lahaina and also the Haleakala crater (amazing sunrise experience!). Grocery stores and nice restaurants aren't too far away either. We can recommend this condo to anyone looking for somewhere not too busy, but still centrally located, and would definitely come back again!

“Hideaway for Best Getaway” Location: We travelled all over the island, seeing every little nook and cranny. What we realized was that our home base, the "Hideaway" is ideally located on the island. You're centrally located between Kihei (our favourite town), the airport, Lahaina, et al. You're also near some of the best beaches around, including Sugar Beach, the one on which the Hideaway sits, which has one of the best views on all of the island. One suggestion is to stop to get supplies from one of the major grocers near the airport, when you first arrive, to get a firm base of what you need: beer, snacks, meat, veggies, etc. Then you can shop at the nearby general stores for convenience or 10 minute drive to Foodland for following shopping needs. Amenities: The "\Hideaway has everything you need to operate comfortably: dishes, utensils, bedding, beach supplies, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, brand new oven/stove, brand new TV/sound system, etc. The balcony has the best view. The unit being on the second floor is great in that you get an elevated view but you're still quick to access parking or the pool by elevator or stairs. Facilities: The pool area is superior in its craftsmanship and comfort. It has the only Jacuzzi in the area. You wouldn't think something like this would be necessary in a hot area but it's amazing, especially in the hot, bright sun. One of, if not the biggest highlight about this building is its proximity to the ocean. Not only is there no road between your balcony and the ocean but you're so near to it that you can see the sea turtles floating by. Apparently this luxury of being so close to the ocean is not something you'll see anymore on Maui as they have changed their regulations so that buildings need to be built much further from the ocean. Owners: Accommodating to the max. Wendall and Sally only want you to have the best possible experience on Maui and in the Hideaway. I can't even go to the lengths at which Wendall went to make sure our stay was excellent, suffice to say that it couldn't have been as good without having them to help us out. Conclusion: If you can get in to the Hideaway, go with the opportunity and you will be happy you did.

“Maui's Best!” Honu place is absolutely amazing! Better than described! My wife and I spent our two week honeymoon here and we couldn't have been happier! Susie and Rick have provided every amenity imaginable to make your stay comfortable and memorable. It is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, set slightly back from South Kihei Rd and a five minute walk to Maui's best - Keawakapu Beach, Honu Place is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Just minutes away from shops and dinning in both Kihei and Wailea! Honu Place is a true hidden gem and one of Maui's best kept secrets. We can't wait to stay again!

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. “Completely Enjoyed it. Cant wait to return.” We surprised our children with a trip to Maui over their winter break while home from college. When we found this condo open at the last minute, we were a bit leery since it was during the peak season. The surprise was all ours. What a beautiful place!! We could tell the condo had recently been renovated with all new furnishings and amenities. The owner did a wonderful job redecorating and tying the theme together throughout. I'm very particular when it comes to sleeping away from home as you never know how mattresses are going to feel in rentals. I was delighted at how comfortable the beds were and energized each morning when I woke. We truly were in paradise inside and out. The owner was most helpful with booking our trip, especially since it was last minute, providing us with many fun activities to do during our stay. Looking forward to booking our next visit and staying in this beautiful condo.

“All the comforts of home, but in paradise!” Chris's condo has all of the comforts of home. There is equipment for outdoor activities. The kitchen has everything you could want. The washer and dryer means not having to bring home dirty clothes (yea!). The condo is close to everything. There are great places to eat, some within walking distances. “This Place Has Everything You're Looking for on Maui” We really enjoyed staying at Maui Kai 806. The setting suns and moons as well as the layout of the unit, and the extremely helpful staff (especially Rowena) made our stay wonderful. We would recommend this place to our closest friends and relatives. It is ideally situated with access to all that Maui has to offer. Close to terrific beaches (snorkeling, sunning, etc.), close enough to beautiful sightseeing around Maui, and access to wonderful Lahaina, this place is simply amazing. “You will be very happy you stayed here” We are very experienced travelers and also rent our vacation home so have a perspective on both sides of this equation. We are a family of four with two teenage daughters (ages 14 and 13 at time of the stay). She was a wealth of knowledge and was so willing to share her insights to ensure we hit the best spots at the right times to ensure a great experience. 2) Apartment - The pictures are very accurate so you really get what you see. The apartment has very "homey" feeling. The decor is local and tasteful, the kitchen fully equipped. The Lanai had really nice breezes and sunrises. It also had hooks which came in handy when drying things. While we didn't watch much TV there were plenty of options (cable, netflix, pandora) as well as a small stereo system. There were games to play, books to read (including several on Hawaii that we loved), and the all-important washer/dryer. 3) The Stuff - One of the things we loved about the apartment was the plethora recreational toys at our disposal. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkels, masks, coolers, sup's, Kayaks, bikes, etc. If you needed it, they had it which was huge for a family that spent everyday on the ridiculously nice beaches a short drive away. 4) The Location - Check it out on the map. It sits just above town in a neighborhood. It is not walking distance from the beach or town but a 5 minute drive (and free street parking) gets you there before you know it. It is walking distance to a great yoga co-op (Aloha Yoga Kula) which we went to several times and loved. Some may want to be closer to the action but we found the location close enough. All in all, this is a fantastic rental and we thought a great value. The personal touch offered by Patty puts it over the top. Do yourself a favor and book it before someone else does!
