Description

A small but comfortable self-catering chalet sleeping up to four on a quiet site close to Britain's most southerly point.

Outside there is a small area of lawn at the front of the chalet, an allocated parking space and at the rear a large communal field. The site is located around 1 mile north of Lizard village with its numerous gift shops, local services, pub and takeaways. The Lizard peninsula benefits from a sub-tropical climate and Trevelyan Holiday Homes is ideally situated to explore this stunning part of Cornwall and the far South-West of the county.

The lounge has a double sofa bed, table, chairs and storage facilities. We have digital TV, Chromecast and a small selection of board and outdoor games.

The bedroom has twin beds, a chest of drawers and hanging space.

There are electric heaters in the lounge and bedroom but these are rarely required during the summer months.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combination microwave oven, fridge with ice box, and all the usual bits and bobs.

There is an electric shower and separate WC. Electricity is by £1 coin meter.

We provide sheets, duvets, pillows with covers and some towels, but you will need to bring your own towels for the beach please.

Getting around

The site entrance is on the main Lizard Road just north of Lizard village making it easy to get around the peninsula and to other popular destinations within West Cornwall. If you wish to use the local buses they will stop at the gate on request but we do recommend a car.

Interaction with guest

We don't live locally but we have an excellent cleaner who looks after the chalet for us and will ensure everything is as you'd expect to find it. If you have any questions during your stay we're always on the end of the phone.

Absolutely fabulous! Was clean and had everything you could ask for. Wonderful setting.this is my 2nd visit and will definitely go again!

“Well equipped and relaxing accommodation”

Fantastic place for relaxing. Owner Paul is very quick to reply to every question I asked. The village Lizard has some stunning views and rocks to climb. Me and my children had lovely time climbing rocks and real ice-cream.

Lage ist gut, Lizard- Halbinsel phantastisch. Bus hält auf Handzeichen dort. Es fehlt eine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen.

“Family friendly Lovely Chalet”

Clean and comfortable chalet which is located in a lovely quiet area on the Lizard Peninsula. The chalet was small but had all the amenities required and had plenty of space outside for the kids to play. There was a welcome pack with lots of suggestions of things to do and places to visit. The Chalet is located between Mullion and the Lizard with many great places to visit nearby, Kynance Cove is simply wonderful as is a walk over the Lizard head/Lizard point - you may even get the chance to see some seals. Mullion cove is great for crabbing along with a trip to Trenance chocolate which is nearby. There are several lovely beaches nearby which are worth a visit - Kennack sands, Gunwalloe and Church cove to name a few. Would definitely recommend staying in this lovely Chalet.

Small, but clean and compact chalet which was ideal as a base each night. Lovely quiet site. Excellent location for the beautiful surrounding beaches and villages. We absolutely love visiting the lizard and the kids and I had a fantastic holiday. Weather was beautiful. Many thanks.

Perfect place to stay , qood location,just 3.5 miles to lizard , 20 min to Marazion or just few min from Helston Tesco / Sainsbury. Would recommend to everyone who wants to visit Cornwall.

“Great little apartment !”

Had a very nice few days vacation at this apartment, situated near to The Lizard in Cornwall. Everything that one would need, was there and the apartment is in very nice clean condition.. I would be very happy to stay here again and it gets a high recommendation from me.
