Max Wadiya is situated near the little fishing town of Ambalangoda on the south-west coast of Sri Lanka. It is about 85 klm from Colombo the capital which is about a 2 hour drive south. The drive from the airport to our property is around 3 hours.
The 16th C Dutch-Portuguese fortress town of Galle is about 40 minutes further south. The resort towns of Hikkeduwa and Bentota are about 20 minutes on either side of us.
