THE SPANISH LODGE Pets, O. K. (Surcharge applies Per Pet Per Night. Accommodation in a home style setting with FULL Use of Kitchen, Pool. Use as your own home. This B&B also offers Optional Cooked Breakfast at an additional charge. Some Rooms equipped with Queen Bed AND a Single bed. T.V. Air/Con Unit and Imported bedroom furniture

You will have the use of a Kitchen with all appliances, huge Lounge with a 55 inch T.V., Swimming Pool with entertaining area.
The property sits on a 720 sq mt in the Upmarket Beach Suburb of HILLARYS. Maximum Occupancy PER ROOM: 3 Guests. RATES QUOTED ARE PER ROOM .
LOCATION: Hillarys is located 18 km North from the centre of the city of Perth, Right on the Coast line. You can walk to the beach, a Major huge Shopping Centre, Cinemas, Restaurants, Parks, Tennis Courts, Library, Fitness Centre etc Please view ALL Photos included with this ad. The Hillarys Boat Harbour is just a few minutes away which boasts wonderful shopping, eating, The Great Escape Amusement Park, fishing, entertainment and pristine beaches including one for Children.

The rooms are equipped with Queen size beds and an additional Single bed, Imported quality furniture, desk, T.V. WI FI is FREE.

Response from the owner New Year's Eve. Is a time for celebration and joy. Lodgers got together to welcome the New Year but at NO time was there any foul language or bad behaviour. This was not my private party. The gathering was fully superviced by my elderly partner. To expect a quiet time at midnight on this special ocassion is completely unrealistic. The guests always have the option to select their own room. I invite future guests to view the numerous photos of the entire property. All furniture and decor is far from being outdated as you will see. I would encourage everyone to read the over 100 greyat Reviews that are published on all the popular Travel Sites and decide for yourselves.
