CHARMING Lodgings (Private Rooms) in a Home Style setting in this BEACH Suburb. Air Con/Heat, WIFI, Pool, fine furniture, linens and towels provided. FREE Use of Kitchen.

LOCATION: Hillarys is 18 minutes North of the centre of Perth along the Coastline. The drive is picturesque and refreshing along the ocean.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY: 720 sq mts of land, built of Double brick and rendered, well insulated and with high ceilings. Use all the facilities including the Huge Kitchen with appliances, Separate Dining Room. The Lounge/Living Room is very Spacious and features a 55 inch T.V.,D.V.D. player. The Swimming Pool has an entertaining area with comfortable outdoor furniture where you can relax, read a book or just soak up our lovely Perth Sun.
ABOUT THE ROOMS: (The entire property IS NOT available for rent.) Some Rooms have a Queen bed and a Single bed. PLEASE VIEW all Photos with this Ad. Your own private Air Conditioning/Heating Unit, POOL and Use of Kitchen.
AMENITIES: The Hillarys Boat Harbour, W.A. Aquarium, The Naturalistic Marine Discovery, All within a few minutes from this property.The Hillarys Marina with its many Specialty Shops are a must visit. Some offer Native Aboriginal wares and souveners.You can also enjoy some fishing, Diving or taking a Charter Boat to do some Whale watching. Or you may choose to travel to Rottnest Island (a popular spot with visitors and Locals) to see some native Australian marsupials not to be seen on land. (The Quokka) The Island has many pristine beaches and secluded bays and a wonderful history. A Huge Park only 5 minutes away where you can mingle with Kangaroos roaming freely; many with joeys in their pouches. No fences. View Photos.

Originally from South America and with a healthy zest for living, plenty of sense of humour, common sense and respect for others. I enjoy Hosting and have been doing it for some years now. I will always go the extra mile for my guests to ensure their satisfaction with the accommodation and with me as their Host. Nothing is too much trouble and I am never too busy for a chat or to offer help or information about this lovely city.
