We have stayed at Ocean One several times and we love the location. The staff at Seashore is always very easy to work with and accommodating. This was the first time we have stayed in this unit. The linens in the unit, towels, sheets, bedspreads need to
be replaced. They are looking very worn. The pillows were very flat and worn also. The carpet could use a good cleaning or even better replaced with tile or another hard surface. I would stay in this unit again, but would bring my own linens. Other than those
two things, the unit is quite nice.
“Condo was a little dated but very clean and quiet”

the whole Ocean One complex is a little over the top with rules and restictions, especially for a family oriented facility. no towels on the balconys because of image? the owners would acutually prefer throwing sandy wet towels in the dryer rather than hanging them outside to dry?...which most did anyway..discretly. everyone has to leave the pool area at 11:00? ridiculous. adults sitting at a deckside table have to go to their room? why? the attendant at the guard house complained about guest not parking close enough to each other. well, no one wants their doors dinged by young children emptying their car full of luggage. probably will not come back to Ocean One...
