This house served our needs perfectly. Plenty of room, great pool, close to the beach and well equipped. The only downfalls were that the wifi didn't reach the front bedroom by the garage, the doors in the kitchen that hide the washer and dryer were off and a gas grill instead of charcoal would be a great addition.
My father has some mobility issues so the house being a ranch was perfect. The railing into the pool was incredibly helpful for him and gave him access where in many other houses he wouldn't have been able to use the pool.
The 2 bikes are a great addition along with the beach chairs.
I definitely would recommend this house and we plan to rent again next year.

Although this is the least number of bedrooms we have rented for our extended family, we made it work because of all the beds available. This is set on the 17th hole of a beautiful golf course, and a short walk from the beach. The grandchildren really enjoyed seeing the alligators in the various lagoons and riding bikes. Our only complaint was that there was not a broom available to sweep up the sand that was constantly being tracked in, and it wasn't always convenient to run the vacuum cleaner with children napping, etc. The furniture was dated but very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again.

Four adults and four children stayed here. It was a great location with a quick walk to the beach. The layout allowed a lot of privacy. Each bedroom had its own bath and tv. Digital cable had lots of channels. Although this house is older, it's very well maintained and cleaned. The kitchen was well-stocked. Fridge was new. The pool was clean and fairly large. The spa worked well. It was a quiet week. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

The house fit our needs perfectly. Everything worked well with one exception and that was the spa(Hot Tub. Not sure what happened here. We thought the part needed to fix the spa was going to be installed but it never worked all week. Other than that it was great. would stay there again and would recommend to others
“We enjoyed our stay and as usual, you were most responsive to an”

We had a nice time - the doors in the laundry room need to be repaired, but all else was good. The house is in a nice location and we enjoyed it. Will be back next year and may need a bigger home, will be in touch

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group of 11 people. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the patio and pool. You could be in the sun all day if needed and shade if needed. Perfect! The walk to the beach was very easy. Riding bikes to Harbour Town and South Beach were 15 mins to each place. Only negative is that the bathrooms could use updating but they were still very clean and not a huge issue. We will be back to this house!

The good- Location, a short walk to the beach, pool with hot tub, the layout of the house with the main rooms in the center of the house.
The Bad- The house could use some updating, the master bath - shower had wooden planks on the floor and was an plastic insert - I thought it should be tile, furniture was from the 80's, the largest TV was 20".
I would rent again if a few minor improvements were made.

My family and guests rented this house for a week in August. The layout was perfect for us, as the college aged kids had one half of the house while the adults had the other half. All were able to sleep comfortably as the bedrooms were all quite roomy, and the noise did not carry.
The house was located a short walk from the beach---no problem for adults but it might be different for those with small children. The pool was a very nice size for a private pool and the spa was enjoyable. There were, however, no instructions for the spa so we had to use the trial and error technique to get it to work.
The kitchen was sparsely supplied. It could have used more plates/glasses/flatware, etc. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal. There were also no plastic cups or plates which would have been useful around the pool.
All considered it was a very enjoyable week. I was disappointed that it was already booked for the same week in 2010 when I started to look for houses this year.
